No dia 26 de janeiro de 2012, às 19:00 horas, na Igreja Batista do Calvário (Três Rios), realizou-se um Culto de Ação de Graças pelo transcurso do primeiro ano de atividades dos Missionários João Batista Martiniano, Isaura Moreira Sousa e Sarah Júlia, filha do casal.

A Guiné-Bissau, oficialmente República da Guiné-Bissau, é um país da costa ocidental de África que se estende desde o cabo Roxo até à ponta Cagete. Faz fronteira a norte com o Senegal, a este e sudeste com a Guiné-Conacri (ex-francesa) e a sul e oeste com o oceano Atlântico. Além do território continental, integra ainda cerca de oitenta ilhas que constituem o Arquipélago dos Bijagós, separado do Continente pelos canais do rio Geba, de Pedro Álvares, de Bolama e de Canhabaque.
The Guinea-Bissau, officially the Republic of Guinea-Bissau is a country on the west coast of Africa which extends from Cape Roxo to the tip Cagete. It is bordered on the north by Senegal, east and southeast by Guinea (formerly French) and to the south and west by the Atlantic Ocean. Besides the mainland, also includes about eighty islands of the archipelago of Bijagos, separated from the mainland by channels of the river Geba, Pedro Alvares, and the Bolama Canhabaque.

Sob o lema "Unidade, Luta, Progresso” o país tem área de 36.544 km2, população de cerca de 1.500.000 habitantes, a língua oficial é o português, mas fala-se o “crioulo da Guiné”, que é reconhecido mas não é oficial, e declarou sua independência em 24 de setembro de 1973 (de Portugal) a qual só foi reconhecida em 10 de setembro de 1974: Bissau é o nome da capital.

A Ilha de Pecixe (Guiné-Bissau) fica no Oceano Atlântico, bem afastada da costa do Oeste Africano, e localiza-se a cerca de 50 km da capital Bissau em frente à foz do Rio Mansoa, sendo que sua distância do continente africano, no ponto mais estreito, é de aproximadamente de 3 km.
Pecixe Island (Guinea-Bissau) is in the Atlantic Ocean far off the coast of West Africa, is located about 50 km of the capital Bissau in front of the mouth of the Rio Mansoa, and its distance from the African continent at the narrowest point is approximately 3 km.
A ilha cobre uma área de terra de 168 quilômetros quadrados e tem uma costa de cerca de 68 km e a vegetação natural em Pecixe, como em todos os lugares ao longo da costa rochosa da Guiné-Bissau, é de principalmente mangues da floresta e áreas verdes pantanosas, com o seu interir cortado por muitos rios: o clima é tropical com chuvas predominando nos meses do verão, sendo que nas últimas décadas, partes de florestas foram queimadas para uso agrícola.
The island covers a land area of 168 km2 and has a coastline of about 68 km and natural vegetation in Pecixe, as everywhere along the rocky coast of Guinea-Bissau, is mainly mangrove forest and green areas swamp, with its interest cut by many rivers, the climate is tropical with rains predominantly in the summer months, and in recent decades, parts of forests were burned for agricultural use.
