Na atualidade o Pastor Dr. Moysés Barbosa ocupa o cargo de Vice-Presidente da 7ª Igreja Batista de Três Rios, situada na Av. Prefeito Samir Macedo Nasser, no populoso bairro de Vila Isabel, local onde está sendo construído o templo (sede própria). A liderança da Igreja está sob o cajado do Pastor David Cândido Mesquita.

In the present the Pr. Dr. Moyses Barbosa has the office of Vice-President of the Seven Baptist Church of the Três Rios, situated in the Av. Samir Macedo Nasser, in the populous district of Vila Isabel, place where there is being built the temple (own thirst). The leadership of the Church is with the Pr. David Candido Mesquita.

Dentre as atividades atuais do ministério do Pastor Moysés está a reitoria do Seminário Teológico Evangélico Centro-Fluminense (SETECEF), cargo que desenvolve desde maio de 1997, atendendo com a máxima presteza os vocacionados da Comunidade Evangélica de todo o país e do exterior e também tem ativa participação na diretoria da Ordem dos Pastores Evangélicos do Município de Três Rios - ORPEMTRI, onde exerce neste ano de 2008, o cargo de Vice-Presidente. O atual Presidente da ORPEMTRI é o Pastor Sebastião Ivo Thiago, da Assembléia de Deus (central) de Três Rios.

Among the current activities of the Pr. Dr. Moyses Barbosa is the Rector of the Theological Evangelic Seminary of the Centre of the Rio de Janeiro (SETECEF), post what it keeps busy from May of 1997, attending with the very promptness the seminarists of the Evangelic Community of the whole country and from abroad and also is has active participation in the Directotship of the Order of the Evangelic Shepherds of Tres Rios - ORPEMTRI, in which it practices, in this year of 2008, the post of Vice-President. The current President of the ORPEMTRI is the Pr. Sebastiao Ivo Thiago, of the God's Assembly (centre) of Tres Rios.

Vale ressaltar, ainda, que há mais de dez anos o Pastor Moysés integra a diretoria do Conselho Nacional de Pastores Evangélicos.

It is worth emphasizing, still, that there are more than ten years the Pr. Dr. Moyses Barbosa integrates the Directorship of the National Council Evangelic Shepherds.

É colunista de O Jornal Batista, o centenário órgão oficial da Convenção Batista Brasileira, produzindo matérias evangelísticas e doutrinárias e também noticiário geral das igrejas. Colabora com outros periódicos evangélicos, como o Jornal Boas Novas, Folha Cristã, Jornal do Cristão etc.

He is a columnist of the Baptist Journal, the centenary official organ of the Baptist Brazilian Convention, producing journalistic matters and doutrinarias and also general news section of the Churches. Good News, Christian Leaf collaborates with other evangelic magazines, like Newspaper, Newspaper of the Christian etc.

Há quase dez anos o Pastor Moysés é Capelão Hospitalar credenciado pela Cruzada Mundial de Literatura, com sede em São José dos Campos (SP), entidade sabiamente conduzida pelo conceituado Pastor José Messias de Melo, merecedor das melhores homenagens da Comunidade Evangélica, não apenas do país, mas também do exterior, pelo magnânimo trabalho de evangelização que realiza.

Moyses is a Nosocomial Chaplain accredited by the World-Wide Crusade of Literature, with thirst in Sao Jose dos Campos (SP), entity driven by the highly thought of Pr. Desde 2006 o Pastor Dr. Moysés possui o honroso título de Pastor Emérito da Segunda Igreja Batista de Carmo (RJ), na qual exerceu a titularidade de 26 de março de 1995 a 31 de março de 2006.

Since 2006 Pastor Dr. Moyses holds the honorary title of Pastor Emeritus of the Second Baptist Church of Carmo (RJ), which held the ownership of 26 March 1995 to March 31, 2006.

Trata-se do único ex-Pastor desta Igreja - que já caminha para seis décadas de existência - agraciado com tão enobrecedora titulação.
