RECOGNITION OF THE MEC

Todos os cursos do SETECEF são de CARÁTER LIVRE, portanto de acordo com o Art 42 da Lei nº 9.394/96 (Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional) e Lei nº 11.741/08 não necessitam de reconhecimento dos órgãos governamentais. Nosso Seminario faz opção pela "visão ministerial". Não temos e nem buscamos, a princípio,  o reconhecimento do MEC.

All courses are SETECEF FREE CHARACTER, so according to Art 42 of Law No. 9.394/96 (Guidelines and Bases of National Education) and Law No. 11.741/08 not need recognition from governmental bodies. Our Seminary has the option "ministerial vision." We do not have, nor seek, at first, recognition of the MEC.

O Pastor Dr. Moysés Barbosa, Magnífico Reitor do Seminário Teológico Evangélico Centro-Fluminense (SETECEF), do Brasil, foi condecorado com a Comenda ORDEM DO MÉRITO TEOLÓGICO, expedida pela conceituada Fundação de Estudos Teológicos e Científicos (Brasil e Estados Unidos), como reconhecimento pela excelência do trabalho que desenvolve na formação de profetas para o moderno Cristianismo. A Comenda lhe foi entregue pelo Arcebispo +Dom Maia, que preside a instituição outorgante.

The Pastor Dr. Moyses Barbosa, Magnificent Rector of the Evangelical Theological Seminary Central of the State of RJ (SETECEF), of Brazil, was decorated with the Commendation ORDER OF THE MERIT THEOLOGICAL, issued by the conceptualized Foundation for Theological Studies and Research (Brazil and United States) in recognition for excellence of work that develops in the training of prophets to modern Christianity. The Commendation has been given by Archbishop +Dom Maia, who chairs the licensing institution.

ACADEMIC MEDALLION

Este é o medalhão que o Pastor Dr. Moysés Barbosa usa em solenidades de colação de grau de formandos de Teologia ou em reuniões de natureza acadêmico-teológica. Este medalhão fica na posse do Magnífico Reitor do Seminário Teológico Centro-Fluminense (SETECEF), ou seja, enquanto exercer o cargo. Mas o Pastor Dr. Moysés Barbosa já tem a posse definitiva, na forma regimental, desde 2007, pois naquela data completou dez anos como Magnífico Reitor, passando a gozar deste direito.

This is the medallion that Pastor Dr. Moyses Barbosa port in graduation ceremonies for trainees of Theology or in meetings of academic and theological nature. This medallion is held by the Magnificent Rector of the Theological Seminary Central of the State RJ (SETECEF), or while exercising the office. But the Pastor Dr. Moyses Barbosa has the final possession, as regimental since 2007, because on that date completed ten years as Magnificent Rector, to enjoy this right.

Isto porque a IGREJA ANGLICANA é uma organização religiosa por demais criteriosa e os ministérios e instituições por ela reconhecidos formam um grupo que prima pela fidelidade à Bíblia Sagrada. O Prof. Dr. Moysés Barbosa, Magnífico Reitor do SETECEF manifestou agradecimentos e, paralelamente, foi cumprimentado efusivamente pelos corpos docente e discente e obreiros do Ministério Evangélico Internacional, pois acaba de receber o titulo de Reitor do Ano. Isto porque a entidade mantenedora, que é o Conselho Nacional de Pastores Evangélicos (devidamente inscrito na Associação Brasileira de Teologia - Brasília - DF), ainda não buscou credenciamento junto ao MEC, eis que teme posterior introdução de ditames governamentais na estrutura dos ensinos, comprometendo a liberdade religiosa e criando áreas de colisão, até agora inexistentes, na separação assegurada pela Constituição e que deverá sempre nortear os caminhos da Igreja e do Estado.

Our courses are free, but of there are very grateful of the Evangelic Community of the whole country. BACHAREL EM TEOLOGIA E EM EDUCAÇÃO RELIGIOSA - 48 meses - formação de 2º ciclo

GRADUATE IN THEOLOGY AND RELIGIOUS EDUCATION - 48 months - formation of 2nd cycle.

MESTRADO EM TEOLOGIA E DOUTORADO EM TEOLOGIA - obedecem a regras pré-estabelecidas, pois há monografia e/ou defesa de tese, fundamentando-se em trabalhos, pesquisas, questionários, estudos de grupo, fichamentos, interpretação, traduções e versões de textos sacros etc, sob orientação de monitoria, sendo que a duração é variável.

MASTER’S DEGREE and DOCTORATE IN THEOLOGY - obey to rules daily pay - established, since, there is monograph and/or defense of theory, when interpretation is based on works, inquiries, questionnaires, studies on group, interpretations, translations and versions of religious texts, under direction of monitory, being that the duration is variable.

Nos Cursos Básico, Médio, Bacharel e nos Cursos Rápidos é fornecida uma apostila mensalmente. Todos os cursos asseguram expedição de diploma ao término, de excelente apresentação, a cores, em papel especial, tudo devidamente chancelado pela Comissão de Ensino Teológico e Ministerial - CETEM.

MATRICULAS: são exigidas fotocópias de identidade e CPF, comprovação de formação secular, se for o caso, igreja a que pertence e endereço completo e duas fotos 3x4 recentes. Sob prévia análise, o SETECEF admite como aluno irmãos não-evangélicos.

INVESTIMENTO: o valor mensal normal, nos cursos Básico, Médio e Bacharel é de R$100,00, depositado no banco e conta que fornecemos. Mas para seminaristas de poucos recursos há previsão de descontos e até mesmo bolsa de estudo com gratuidade parcial ou integral. No Mestrado e Doutorado discute-se diretamente com o educando, observadas as disponibilidades financeiras de cada um, considerando que o órgão mantenedor não tem fins econômicos e que nosso lema é colaborar com a capacitação de profetas para o moderno Cristianismo.

Acima o certificado do seminarista Laurendi de Andrade Filho, um dos concluintes o Curso de Bacharel em Teologia.

Ao examiná-lo no final do curso, a banca fez consignar na ata de exame e aprovação uma referência elogiosa, pois sua média final foi uma das mais elevadas da vida do Seminário que funciona há tanto tempo.

Todos os cursos livres ministrados pelo Seminário Teológico Evangélico Centro-Fluminense (SETECEF) são válidos para quaisquer igrejas, pois recente consulta ao Ministério da Educação (feita no dia 18/09/08 pelo Reitor do SETECEF - Pastor Dr. Moysés Barbosa) afirma textualmente “que os cursos livres não são regulamentados nem fiscalizados pelas Secretarias (Estaduais e Municipais) de Educação ou pelo MEC”. Diz ainda que “as instituições particulares de ensino gozam de autonomia didático-científica, administrativa e de gestão financeira e patrimonial, poder a elas delegado pela Constituição Federal (Art. 207), não podendo o MEC ter ingerência em suas decisões nesse nível nem em seus procedimentos administrativos”. Assim, nossas instituições, como organizações religiosas que são, gozam das prerrogativas do Decreto Presidencial 10.825, de 22/12/03. Em função disso estabelecem seus cursos, conteúdos programáticos, cargas horárias ou quaisquer outros aspectos que o ensino religioso esteja a exigir, procurando assim atender os reais interesses da Comunidade Evangélica de todo o Brasil, com submissão apenas à Santa Trindade e fazendo da Bíblia Sagrada a fonte de substância para todo os ensinos ministrados.

Até porque o mais importante é o reconhecimento pela Comunidade Evangélica, que de há muito se manifesta em todos os pontos do país, o que nos leva a agradecer a confiança que nos é depositada e assumir compromissos de continuar aprimorando cada vez mais nosso sistema de ensino, inclusive criando continuamente novos cursos que atendam às necessidades sempre crescentes das Igrejas, que se multiplicam como resultado do cumprimento dos oráculos proféticos que emanam da Santa Palavra de Deus.

Muitas pessoas acreditam que não é necessário ter uma boa formação teológica. É um pensamento totalmente errado. No meio evangélico sempre existiu um pensamento de que o que vale é a chamada de Deus, a vocação. Mas o tempo nos vem ensinando dia após dia que a formação teológica é importante e, mais que isso, é necessária para o bom desempenho dos diferentes ministérios eclesiásticos e outros relacionados. É evidente que não se pode desprezar – ao contrário, devemos até enaltecer – a unção do Espírito Santo na vida dos vocacionados que estão liderando algum ministério ou são ministros (oficiais eclesiásticos), mas é entristecedor quando perguntamos ao líder algo sobre determinado ponto da Bíblia, muitas vezes até bem simples, e ele não sabe responder ou dar uma explicação com fundamento escriturístico. O conhecimento teológico, ao lado do histórico e tantos outros aspectos, qualifica e dignifica os ministros em qualquer igreja evangélica. Ao contrário do que muitos pensam, amados internautas, Teologia não é somente conhecimento da Bíblia (ou conhecimento de Deus), é também instrumento eficaz que trabalha a visão ministerial do irmão ou da irmã a fim de que tenham habilitações práticas para o fiel cumprimento do mandamento do Senhor Jesus, de sair pelo mundo para proclamar os Santos Evangelhos para todos. Os cursos teológicos do SETECEF, mesmo os mais simples, enfatizam também áreas de administração eclesiástica, aconselhamento espiritual e orientação geral para a vida, e não somente na educação religiosa cristã, a fim de que o líder possa participar de modo efetivo na preparação de seus liderados.
