Sem dúvida o Pastor José Laurindo Filho é um obreiro com larga experiência de ministério, até mesmo internacional, pois exerceu liderança eclesiástica no Brasil e no exterior, além de ter ocupado cargos denominacionais de relevo, como Presidente da Junta de Missões Nacionais, Convenção Batista Centro-América e Convenção Batista Carioca, além de Diretor e Professor do Seminário Teológico Batista do Sul do Brasil, por exemplo, dentre tantos outros. Sim, em 1988 foi para a Inglaterra para estudar e ajudar na promoção de Missões, junto à Baptist Missionary Society (Sociedade Batista Missionária) da Grã-Bretanha, ficando lá até agosto de 1994.

Em 11/07/09, o Conselho Nacional de Pastores Evangélicos condecorou, em Araraquara (São Paulo), os irmãos Bispo Dom Ricardo Lorite de Lima e o Maestro Gonçalves Di Chico e Almeida, que receberam a Comenda Pastor Dr. A. B. Christie. A entrega das comendas e dos respectivos diplomas-titulo de Comendador, em sessão solene, foi feita pelo Bispo Dom Rogério Belmiro Tampellini, representando +Dom Moysés Barbosa, que se encontrava cumprindo compromissos em outra região do Brasil.

O Presidente do Ministério Evangélico Internacional Valorizando a Vida! acabara de participar de um culto realizado no gabinete do secretário (que se acontece todas às segundas-feiras, com revezamento de pastores na mensagem) e falava de suas atividades, colocando-se à disposição para colaborar com o que estiver ao seu alcance, disponibilizando-se com muito prazer, pois sempre teve e tem ativa participação na vida comunitária, desinteressadamente. Desejou pleno êxito para o secretário, que é da Igreja Presbiteriana, e disse que estará sempre orando por ele. Alexandre Mansur agradeceu e disse que não mede esforços para fazer o melhor pelos munícipes.

O Comendador Rodiney Barbosa Teixeira (foto) recebeu uma das mais importantes condecorações do “International Ministry”. Trata-se do Grão-Colar do Pacificador - Estrela de David do Reino Unido de Israel, por sua atuação religiosa e na vida secular de excelência e por ser um pacifista assim reconhecido em sua comunidade. A seguir o diploma de outorga, que ostenta o emblema das Nações Unidas,já que o ministério concedente foi considerado Embaixada do Ensino Religioso por instituição signatária do Pacto Global da ONU. Seguem o diploma e a condecoração especial.
