Radicado no Rio de Janeiro, onde se situa a sede do ministério que preside, ou seja, Ministério Evangélico Internacional Valorizando a Vida!, +Dom Moysés Barbosa é Bispo já com 45 anos de atividades ministeriais.

Através da página na internet - www.pastormoysesbarbosa.com - este conceituado religioso presta inúmeros serviços, para Igrejas, obreiros em geral, orientações a igrejas e faz aconselhamentos de obreiros, inclusive oficiais eclesiásticos superiores, já sendo reconhecido e admirado em todo o país e, também, no exterior, não só pela seriedade com que atua, ou pela palavra firme, coerente e bíblica, como se vê nos resumos de sermões que divulga, mas pela educação, fino trato, conhecimento teológico e por sua permanente disposição de orientar igrejas de pequeno porte, de poucos recursos e apoiar obreiros recém-consagrados ou ordenados, sendo que este trabalho de aconselhamento, orientação e apoio o faz graciosamente, pois recebeu de Deus este comissionamento. É um homem de oração, inclusive mantém um tele-oração ao vivo e pessoalmente ora por todos os irmãos que ligam de todos os pontos do Brasil e do exterior.

Além de Bispo, é professor, advogado, Juiz de Paz, Jornalista e já fez todos os cursos teológicos, inclusive o doutorado e o PhD: há quinze anos consecutivos é o magnífico Reitor do Seminário Evangélico Centro-Fluminense, já tendo sido homenageado centenas de vezes, inclusive em 2010 entrou para o Rank Brasil (Livro dos Recordes Brasileiros) na área educativo-cultural com 416 certificados diversos que conquistou ao longo de suas sete décadas de vida abençoada. Faz parte de dezenas de organismos internacionais, aos quais leva os Santos Evangelhos, além de semear a melhor imagem do nosso querido Brasil.

Dentre as homenagens mais importantes que recebeu, estão: Missionário do Mundo, Personalidade da América do Sul e Personalidade da Europa, Guardião do Cinquentenário de Brasília, Comenda Presidente Juscelino Kubitschek, Personalidade Brasileira dos 500 anos, Barão (Europa), Conde (Portugal) e Personalidade Brasileira do Século XX.

Congratulamo-nos com +Dom Moysés Barbosa, por sua longa vida de dedicação à obra do Senhor, e rogamos a Deus que continue a abençoá-lo e capacitá-lo mais e mais, no nome santo de Jesus, ao lado de sua nobre esposa e grande ajudadora Dra.
