A convite do Pastor Dr. Nilson do Amaral Fanini (esquerda), +Dom Moysés foi por ele entrevistado no dia 13 de janeiro de 2006, na TV BRASIL (TVE), ocasião em que fez considerações sobre o Seminário Evangélico Centro-Fluminense (SETECEF), do qual é o Magnífico Reitor desde 1997.

Na ocasião, o Dr. Moysés fez a entrega ao Dr. Fanini do Certificate of Public Consecration, expedido pelo CONAPEV, só concedido a obreiros que se destacam como grandes proclamadores dos Santos Evangelhos, o que causou muita alegria ao homenageado.
At the time, Dr. Moyses delivered the Dr. Fanini Certificate of Public Consecration, issued by CONAPEV, only granted to workers who stand out as great preachers of the Holy Gospels, which caused great joy to the honoree.
Foi o ultimo contato pessoal de +Dom Moysés com o Pastor Fanini, que veio a falecer nos Estados Unidos dia 19 de setembro de 2009.
