O prédio (maquete acima), imponente, que faz parte do Projeto Porto Maravilha, vai ocupar nada menos que 15 mil metros quadrados: é uma criação do arquiteto espanhol Santiago Calatrava, e tem inauguração programada para o primeiro semestre de 2014.
