“Através deste testemunho, quero conceder ao nobre irmão Comendador Dr. Moysés Barbosa, um reconhecimento especial pelo maravilhoso trabalho em prol da divulgação do Evangelho do Senhor Jesus Cristo de Nazaré.
Testifico, aqui, o chamado de Deus Pai na vida do nobre irmão.
Em sua incansável luta, ao longo de mais de quarenta anos, pode-se admirar seu trabalho persistente como grande pregador do Evangelho de Cristo.
Trabalho este que se solidificou devido à sua tenacidade e que frutifica e frutificará ainda por muito tempo.
Serve de exemplo e de incentivo, a nós todos, tanto aos homens do Evangelho, como aos mais jovens, que podem espelhar-se nessa brilhante figura com quem tenho a honra de conviver. Poder compartilhar da mesma fé e dos mesmos princípios que norteiam o trabalhador da grande seara é a máxima com que nos premia o Senhor nesta jornada pela terra.
