O Ministro da Defesa do Brasil, Dr. Celso Amorim realizou uma visita de dois dias a Portugal, onde chegou dia 16/10/11 para um encontro em Lisboa com o ex-Ministro luso dos Negócios Estrangeiros, Luís Amado, com já se reunira várias vezes quando era Ministro das Relações Exteriores.
