A Presidente Dilma Rousseff (Brasil) viajou no dia 16/10/11 para a África do Sul, depois seguiu para Moçambique e Angola, sendo esta a primeira visita da chefe do governo ao Continente Africano.
The President Rousseff (Brazil) on 16/10/11 traveled to South Africa, then went to Mozambique and Angola, which is the first visit of the head of government to the African continent.
Ela desembarcou em Pretória (África do Sul) para participar da 5ª Cúpula do Fórum de Diálogo do IBAS (Índia, Brasil e África do Sul), que despontam pelos avanços e pelo crescimento econômico e são considerados destaques pela comunidade internacional.
She landed in Pretoria (South Africa) to attend the 5th Summit of the IBAS Dialogue Forum (India, Brazil and South Africa), that stand for progress and economic growth byhighlights and are considered by the international community.
Os líderes dos três países querem a reforma do Conselho de Segurança das Nações Unidas, valendo salientar que já anunciaram que pretendem um assento permanente do Conselho e são contrários às ações militares para encerrar impasses.
The leaders of three countries want to reform the Security Council of the United Nations, worth to note that already announced that they intend a permanent seat on the Council and are opposed to military action to end impasse.
Ao discursar dia 18 na reunião da Cúpula do IBAS, grupo de cooperação multilateral que reúne Índia, Brasil e África do Sul, a Presidente Dilma Rousseff defendeu que as três nações levem uma posição unificada à reunião do G-20, que ocorre nos dias 3 e 4 de novembro (2011), em Cannes, na França.
Speaking at the 18th meeting of the Summit IBAS, multilateral cooperation group comprising India, Brazil and South Africa, the President Dilma Rousseff argued that the three nations take a unified position on the G-20, which occurs in 3 and 4, November (2011), in Cannes, France.
