ESTADO DO RIO: BIBLIOTECAS TERÃO QUE TER BÍBLIA NO ACERVO
STATE OF RIO: LIBRARIES WILL HAVE TO HAVE THE BIBLE IN COLLECTION
As bibliotecas situadas no estado do Rio de Janeiro terão de disponibilizar exemplares da Bíblia, conforme determina a lei 5.998/11, de autoria do deputado Edson Albertassi, publicada no Diário Oficial do Executivo do dia 04 de julho de 2011.
Libraries located in the state of Rio de Janeiro would have to provide copies of the Bible, as required by law 5.998/11, authored by congressman Edson Albertassi, published in the Official Gazette of the Executive on 04 July 2011.
“O texto não tem a intenção de estabelecer qualquer obrigatoriedade ou constrangimento àqueles que vivem sua espiritualidade em comunidades não cristãs. O que se pretende é garantir o acesso à Bíblia àqueles que assim o desejarem”, enfatizou o parlamentar em declarações ao Ministério Evangélico Internacional Valorizando a Vida!
"The text does not intend to establish any obligation or embarrassment to those who live their spirituality in non-Christian communities. The aim is to ensure access to the Bible to those who so wish, "he emphasized in a statement parliamentary to the International Evangelical Ministry Valuing the Life!
As bibliotecas que não observarem a determinação legal serão multadas.
Libraries that do not comply will be fined the legal determination.
