O Comendador Dr. Moysés Barbosa, com muita honra, está entre os distinguidos pela Hospitaller Order of Saint Lazarus of Jerusalem, tendo recebido uma lauda de mérito, eis que as atividades que desenvolve, voltadas para o lado humanitário, estão em perfeita harmonia com os princípios da instituição, que no Brasil tem como Prior o confrade Comendador Roberto Ortiz.

A Ordem Hospitaleira de São Lázaro de Jerusalém foi uma Ordem de Cavalaria Medieval com caráter Militar, Religioso e Hospitalário, sem qualquer ligação com as organizações históricas ou de beneficência modernas, mesmo que utilizem a denominação de São Lázaro.
The Hospitaller Order of Saint Lazarus of Jerusalem is an Order of Chivalry Medieval character with military, religious and Hospitaller, without any connection with organizations or charitable modern history, even if they use the name of St. Lazarus.

No dia 02 de outubro de 2010, em solene cerimônia no Castelo de Selmun, em Malta, o Grão Priorado do Brasil foi oficialmente consagrado: esta cerimônia foi presidida pelos principais oficiais internacionais da Ordem e pelo Supremo Grão Priorado do “United Grand Priories”.
On October 2, 2010, in a solemn ceremony at the Castle Selmun, Malta, the Grand Priory of Brazil was officially dedicated, the ceremony was presided over by major international officials and the Supreme Order of the Grand Priory of the “United Grand Priories”.
Foram investidos neste dia os membros fundadores do Grão Priorado do Brasil, inicialmente a cada um foi atribuída uma posição na Administração do Grão Priorado, esta posição, contudo, será adaptada conforme as aptidões e dedicação de cada membro.

A consagração do Grão Priorado do Brasil é o resultado de um trabalho iniciado em 2005, com o objetivo de comprovar a seriedade dos trabalhos que podem ser realizados no Brasil, em se tratando de ações caritativas e humanitárias: esta consagração só foi possível, também, graças ao dedicado grupo de fundadores que foram minuciosamente escolhidos e que agora fazem parte dos líderes da Ordem no Brasil.
The consecration of the Grand Priory of Brazil is the result of a work begun in 2005, aiming to demonstrate the genuineness of the work that can be carried out in Brazil, when it comes to charitable and humanitarian action: this consecration was made possible also thanks to the dedicated group of founders who were carefully chosen and are now part of the Order of the leaders in Brazil.
