O culto de consagração foi realizado na mesma data, às 20 horas, mas o Pastor Moysés, não pôde participar, já que retornou para Três Rios por imposição da hora adiantada: entretanto, no final do Concilio, cumpriu compromisso do Conselho Nacional de Pastores Evangélicos (CONAPEV) e do Ministério Evangélico Internacional Valorizando a Vida!: condecorou o Pastor Dr. Josué com a medalha Honra ao Mérito da Paz, concedida pelo CONAPEV e outorgou à Igreja o Diploma de Honra ao Mérito Eclesiástico, por estar completando neste segundo semestre de 2011 (15 de novembro), 60 anos de organização.

Pastor Dr. Moysés retira-se após exame e aprovação dos seminaristas para o Ministério Pastoral e de ter participado, juntamente com os demais obreiros, do lauto lanche oferecido aos conciliares, sempre falando de sua alegria em participar das programações da Igreja Batista Central de Teresópolis, o que vem fazendo há muitos anos.

Na oportunidade, o Ministério Evangélico Internacional Valorizando a Vida! entregou à direção da Igreja Batista Central, na pessoa de seu Pastor Titular Josué Cardoso, o livro MANUAL DE AÇÃO SOCIAL PARA IGREJAS, de autoria do Rev. Daniel Ferreira de Souza, de São Paulo, obra que o Dr. Moysés teve a honra e o privilégio de escrever o prefácio.

In the opportunity, the International Evangelical Ministry Valuing the Life! gave to the direction of Central Baptist Church represented by his Pastor Josué Cardoso, the book MANUAL OF CHURCHES FOR SOCIAL ACTION, authored by Rev.Daniel Ferreira de Souza, Sao Paulo work that Dr. Moyses had the honor and privilege to write the foreword.

Dentro das comemorações do 53º aniversário, no dia 15 de novembro de 2004, o Pastor Dr. Josué Cardoso dos Reis tomou posse, em culto solene, na liderança da Igreja Batista Central em Teresópolis: ele é casado com Professora Edilza Antunes Cardoso dos Reis e pai do Dr. Murilo Antunes Cardoso dos Reis, médico, residente na Cidade de São Paulo e do Dr. Frederico Antunes Cardoso dos Reis, químico, Farmacêutico e Professor na Cidade de Niterói, casado com a Assistente Social Dra. Danielle Cristini Lima Capetini Cardoso dos Reis.

Within th 53 th anniversary celebrations, on November 15, 2004, Pastor Dr. Josue Cardoso dos Reis took office in solemn worship, leadership of the Central Baptist Church in Teresópolis: he is married to Professora Edilza Antunes Cardoso dos Reis and father of Dr. Murilo Antunes Cardoso dos Reis, medic, resident in São Paulo and Dr. Frederico Antunes Cardoso dos Reis, Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Professor at the City of Niterói, married to Social Worker Drª. Danielle Cristini Lima Capetini Cardoso dos Reis.

Depois de ter pastoreado as Igrejas Batistas de Itaipu e Betel de Niterói, o Pastor e também Psicólogo Dr. Josué Cardoso dos Reis vinha atuando nos últimos sete anos como Coordenador de Evangelização e Missões da Convenção Batista Fluminense, conduzindo o Estado do Rio de Janeiro num momento de grandes avanços nas áreas de Estratégias Especificas de Evangelização, Implantação de Igrejas, Apoio para Autonomia, Revitalização de Igrejas, Projetos de Evangelização com Construção de Capelas, Evangelização de Estudantes, Evangelização de Crianças, Evangelização de Menores em Situação de Risco, Projetos de Evangelização em Cidades Litorâneas, Projetos de Evangelização durante o carnaval, Capelania Hospitalar Evangélica, Projetos de Evangelização durante as Assembléias da Convenção Batista Fluminense, Evangelismo Pioneiro, Mutirões Missionários, Capacitação em Evangelismo Pessoal, Discipulado e Conservação de Resultados.

After having pastored churches and Bethel Baptist Itaipu Niterói, Pastor Dr. Josue Cardoso dos Reis, psychological had been working the past seven years as Coordinator of Evangelism and Missions of the Baptist Convention Fluminense, leading the State of Rio de Janeiro in a moment of great strides in the areas of specific strategies for evangelization, church planting, support for autonomy, Church Revitalization, Evangelism Projects with construction Chapels, Student Evangelism,Evangelization of Children, Child Evangelism of Children at Risk, Projects Evangelization coastal cities, evangelization projects during the carnival, Evangelical Hospital Chaplaincy, Evangelization projects during the Assemblies Baptist Convention Fluminense, Pioneer Evangelism, Workcamps Missionaries Training Evangelism, Discipleship and Conservation of results.

Nesse período, Igrejas de todas as regiões do Estado do Rio de Janeiro foram assessoradas em seus programas de trabalho, seus membros capacitados e desafiados a uma vida de profundo compromisso com a evangelização e como resultado desse investimento, milhares de pessoas chegaram ao conhecimento do amor, da graça, do perdão e da salvação que há em Cristo Jesus, Nosso Senhor.

A atuação ministerial, considerada de excelência, do Pastor Josué sempre foi reconhecida: tanto isso se afirma que no Culto de Ação de Graças, realizado na Igreja Batista Central de Teresópolis, no dia 06 de dezembro de 2008, em comemoração ao seu Jubileu de Prata de consagração pastoral, ele foi homenageado juntamente com a esposa Dra. Edilza pela Junta de Missões Nacionais - JMN da Convenção Batista Brasileira.
