MIL PROPOSES ELECTION OF LULA FOR PRESIDENT THE CPLP
No dia 30 de Março de 2011, o ex-presidente Brasileiro Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva recebeu por parte da Universidade de Coimbra o Doutoramento Honoris Causa: o MIL - Movimento Internacional Lusófono associa-se a essa Homenagem, que desde logo prestigiaesta secular Universidade Portuguesa.
On March 30, 2011, former Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva received by the University of Coimbra Honorary Degree: MIL - International Lusophone Movement is associated with this tribute, which immediately this prestigious secular university Portuguese.
No ano em que se assinalam os 15 anos da CPLP: Comunidade dos Países de Língua Portuguesa, o MIL propõe que se crie o cargo de Presidente da CPLP, com a duração de 3 a 5 anos, renováveis, e que a primeira pessoa a ocupar esse cargo seja - por eleição dos Presidentes de todos os Países de Língua Portuguesa ou de outro modo a ser acordado por todas as partes - o ex-presidente do Brasil Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (foto).
