No dia 25 de novembro de 2010, a Academia Brasileira de Farmácia Militar-ABRAFARM, comemorou seu Jubileu de Prata: 25 anos de bons serviços prestados ao Exército e demais Forças Armadas e à comunidade em geral, sendo que a importante data foi festivamente comemorada, no Clube Naval,  e dentro da programação foram feitas condecorações a diversas personalidades.

On November 25, 2010, the Brazilian Academy of Military-ABRAFARM Pharmacy celebrated its Silver Jubilee: 25 years of good service to the Army and other armed services and the community at large, and the important date was festively celebrated, Clube Naval, and within the schedule were made awards to various personalities.

LITTLE HISTORICAL

A Academia Brasileira de Farmácia Militar (ABRAFARM), fundada por farmacêuticos das Forças Armadas, em 16 de julho de 1985, com sede e foro na cidade do Rio de Janeiro, é uma entidade civil, cientifica, cultural, sem fins lucrativos e rege-se pelo Estatuto, leis e normas que regem as entidades de utilidade pública.

The Brazilian Academy of Military Pharmacy (ABRAFARM), founded by pharmacists of the Armed Forces on July 16, 1985, with headquarters in Rio de Janeiro, is a civil, scientific, cultural, nonprofit and govern- whether by statute, laws and rules governing public utility entities.

Congrega os farmacêuticos militares e civis, bem como, os demais interessados da área de saúde, com o objetivo de promover estudos farmacêuticos, científico-culturais, estimulando o aperfeiçoamento profissional, especialmente em suas aplicações às atividades militares de modo a incentivar sempre o engrandecimento da Farmácia no âmbito das demais ciências e dentro dos padrões ético-científicos.

Brings together military and civilian pharmacists, as well as other stakeholders in the health field, aiming to promote pharmaceutical research, scientific, cultural, encouraging professional development, especially in its applications to military activities so as to always encourage the advancement of Pharmacy in the context of other sciences and within the ethical and scientific standards.

Os farmacêuticos em geral e os que são militares em particular muito têm contribuído para a saúde pública em nosso País, basta verificar a História e observar que através de seu conhecimento técnico-científico e administrativo, montaram o parque fabril de laboratórios oficiais com grandiosa produção de medicamentos e em seu laborioso trabalho há uma infinidade de atividades em todas as áreas do saber.

The pharmacists in general and those that are military in particular have contributed greatly to public health in our country, just check the history and noted that through its technical-scientific knowledge and administrative set up of the industrial park official laboratories with great production medicines and your hard work there is a plethora of activities in all areas of knowledge.

Através de  dedicação própria de todos que a compõem, a ABRAFARM alcança todos os rincões deste nosso Brasil continental, sendo que o empenho da modelar Instituição está totalmente afinado com as novas metas para as soluções dos problemas nacionais.

Through dedication itself of all its component, the ABRAFARM reaches every corner of our continental Brazil, and the institution's commitment model is fully in tune with the new targets for solutions to national problems.

O PRESIDENTE
THE PRESIDENT

O atual Presidente da Instituição é o Comendador e Major do Exército Dr. Júlio Lopes Queiroz Filho (foto acima), que vem desenvolvendo um mandato digno dos melhores elogios, procurando sempre fortalecer cada vez mais o corpo de associados da ABRAFARM, para que continue como até aqui, sendo uma referência na área da saúde dentro de seu segmento técnico-científico.

The current President is the Commander of the Institution, and Army Major Dr. Julio Lopes Queiroz Filho (photo above), which has developed a term worthy of the best compliments, always seeking to strengthen the growing body of members of ABRAFARM, to continue as until now, being a reference in the health sector within its technical-scientific.

O Barão +Dom Moysés Barbosa, na foto acima com sua esposa, Baronesa Dra. Ivanir,  está entre os condecorados, mas por motivo de saúde não pôde comparecer à cerimônia para receber pessoalmente sua comenda, a qual foi recebida pelo Professor, Comendador e Conde Fabiano Marins Coutinho da Hora, que o representou.

Ivanir, is among the highly decorated, but for health reasons could not attend the ceremony to personally receive their award, which was received by the Teacher, Commander  and Count Fabiano Marins Coutinho da Hora, who represented him.
