Através do ofício 7535/10 (Gabinete da Presidênia), datado de 14 de outubro de 2010, a Ordem dos Parlamentares do Brasil-OPB, com sede nacional em São Paulo-SP (Brasil), comunicou a +Dom Moysés Barbosa, que o Ministério Evangélico Internacional Valorizando a Vida! foi considerado apto para receber o PRÊMIO TOP OF QUALITY – 2010, o que se deu após criteriosa análise e avaliação pelo Conselho Federal de Honrarias e Méritos.
By letter 7535/10 (Office of the President), dated October 14, 2010, the Order of the Parliamentarians of Brazil with national headquarters in Sao Paulo-SP (Brazil), announced the +Don Moyses Barbosa, that the International Evangelical Ministry Valuing the Life! was deemed fit to receive the TOP OF QUALITY AWARD - 2010 what happened after careful review and evaluation by the Federal Council of Honor and Merit.
