Entre os dias 18 e 24 de julho de 2010, Raquel Rosa Barbosa Lobo, sobrinha do Pastor Moysés Barbosa, esteve na Argentina, em viagem de estudos e também para conhecer os encantos deste país vizinho, especialmente Buenos Aires: turismo cultural como já é de hábito dizer.

Ela é filha de Jorge Lobo e de Elizabeth Barbosa Lobo, esta irmã do Pastor Moysés, à esquerda da foto acima, juntamente com Raquel.

PINK HOUSE

A CASA ROSADA é a sede da presidência da República Argentina, em Buenos Aires, assim chamada pela cor aproximadamente rosa. Abriga também o Museu da Casa do Governo, com material relacionado aos presidentes do país, e se localiza em Buenos Aires, em frente à Praça de Maio (Plaza de Mayo) que liga a sede do Governo a outro importante marco histórico: a Praça do Congresso Nacional (Palácio do Congresso).

The Pink House is the seat of the presidency of Argentina in Buenos Aires, named for the color pink about. It also houses the Museum of the Government House, with material related to the presidents of the country, and is located in Buenos Aires in front of the May Square (Plaza de Mayo) that connects the seat of government to another important milestone: the Square National Congress (Congress Palace).

A Casa Rosada possui fama internacional por ter sido palco para importantes manifestações políticas e também artísticas, valendo citar, por exemplo, que várias cenas dos filmes “A História Oficial” e “Evita” foram gravadas na praça e nas sacadas do palácio.

The Pink House has international fame for having been the scene for important political demonstrations and also artistic worth quoting, for example, that several scenes in the film “The Official Story” and “Evita” was recorded in the square and on the balconies of the palace.

A Casa Rosada foi antecedida por vários prédios no local, a partir de 1580, aproximadamente, quando foi construída uma praça (atual Praça de Maio), mas em 1898 é que tomou a forma atual, com modificações e acréscimos no edifício de repartições públicas que ali funcionava.

A CATEDRAL METROPOLITANO DE BUENOS AIRES é a principal igreja católica em Buenos Aires e localiza-se no centro da cidade, diante da Praça de Maio, na esquina das ruas San Martín e Rivadavia, no bairro de San Nicolás, sendo a igreja-mãe da capital.

The Metropolitan Cathedral of Buenos Aires is the main Catholic church in Buenos Aires and is located in the city center, facing the Plaza de Mayo, on the corner of San Martín and Rivadavia, in the suburb of San Nicolas, with the mother church of the capital.

Ela foi reconstruída diversas vezes desde suas origens humildes no século XVI. O prédio atual é uma mistura de estilos arquitetônicos, com uma nave e um domo do século XVIII e uma severa fachada neoclássica do século XIX, sem torres. O interior mantém estátuas preciosas do século XVIII, bem como retábulos, e ricas decorações neo-renascentista e neo-barroca.

The current building is a mixture of architectural styles, with a nave and a dome of the eighteenth century and a severe neoclassical facade of the nineteenth century, without towers. The interior has precious statues from the eighteenth century, as well as altarpieces, rich decorations and neo-Renaissance and neo-baroque.

O OBELISCO DE BUENOS AIRES é um Monumento Histórico Nacional, um ícone da capital da Argentina, e fica localizado na Praça da República, intercessão das avenidas Correntes e 9 de julho, tendo sido erguido em 1936, em homenagem ao IV Centenário da primeira fundação da cidade, o que se deu em 02 de fevereiro de 1536.

The Obelisk of Buenos Aires is a National Historic Monument, an icon of the capital of Argentina and is located in Republic Square, intersection of avenues Corrientes and 9 July, was erected in 1936 in honor of the fourth centenary of the founding of the first city, which occurred on February 2, 1536.

O ZOOLÓGICO DE BUENOS AIRES ocupa 18 hectares no bairro portenho de Palermo, frente à Praça Itália, tendo sua entrada principal na esquina da Avenida Sarmiento com a Avenida General Las Heras.
