O Presidente Lula afirmou ser este um dia histórico para a Petrobras, para a tecnologia brasileira e para o Brasil. “Esse pequeno barril simboliza a independência que o Brasil terá no futuro”, disse ele em curto discurso na cidade de Vitória, capital do estado.
