CONSELHO NACIONAL DE PASTORES EVANGÉLICOS FAZ SESSÃO SOLENE NOS 70 ANOS DA CLT
NATIONAL COUNCIL OF EVANGELICAL PASTORS MAKES SOLEMN SESSION IN 70 YEARS OF THE CLT
No dia 01 de maio de 2013, a CLT Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho completou 70 anos: este conjunto de leis regulamentando as relações laborais individuais e coletivas foi instituído através do Decreto Lei número 5.452, de 01 de maio de 1943 e sancionado pelo então Presidente da República Dr. Getúlio Vargas, unificando toda a legislação trabalhista existente na época no Brasil e, assim, criando “o mais eficiente sistema processual da realidade jurídica e institucional do país”, conforme destacou a professora doutora Gabriela Neves Salgado em palestra no TST dentro das comemorações deste marco histórico.
On May 01, 2013, CLT - Consolidation of Labor Laws completed 70 years this set of laws regulating labor relations and collective individual was established by Decree Law No. 5.452, of May 1, 1943 and sanctioned by the then President of the Republic Dr. Getulio Vargas, unifying all labor laws existing at the time in Brazil and thus creating "the most efficient procedural system of legal and institutional reality of the country," said the professor as Dr. Gabriela Neves Salgado speaking at TST within the celebrations of this milestone.
O Conselho Nacional de Pastores Evangélicos-CONAPEV, na atualidade presidido pelo Dr. Moysés Barbosa, Pastor e Jurista, servidor concursado e já aposentado da Justiça do Trabalho, realizou uma Sessão Solene para assinalar o transcurso dos 70 anos da CLT, ocasião em que usou a palavra para tecer importantes considerações sobre este ordenamento jurídico que surgiu para dar proteção ao trabalhador brasileiro e desta forma, exerce uma função social das mais relevantes.
The National Council of Evangelical Pastors-CONAPEV, today presided by Dr. Moyses Barbosa, Pastor and Jurist, server gazetted and now-retired Justice of Labor, held a formal sitting to mark the passing of 70 years of CLT, when he used the word to weave important considerations on this legal framework that has emerged to give protection to the Brazilian worker and thus has a social function of the most relevant.
Dr. Moysés Barbosa é advogado graduado em 1985 e lida com a CLT há muitos anos e, também, por ter atuado como servidor da Justiça do Trabalho (RJ) durante uma década (e aposentou-se), conhece bem as normas que regulam as relações empregado/empregador. Sua esposa Dra. Ivanir Barbosa, é igualmente advogada, valendo notar que ambos concluíram juntos a Faculdade de Direito, inclusive estudando na mesma sala.
Dr. Moyses Barbosa is a advocate graduated in 1985 and deals with the CLT for many years and also for acting as a server of Labor Justice (RJ) for a decade (and retired), knows the rules governing the relations employee / employer. His wife Dr. Ivanir Barbosa, is also a lawyer, worth noting that both concluded together the Faculty of Law, including studying in the same room.
