+DON MOYSES BARBOSA WELCOMW UP WITH COMMANDER RAFAEL ALVES DE ALMEIDA, NEW AMBASSADOR OF PEACE
No dia 10 de janeiro de 2013, o Comendador Rafael Alves de Almeida, Presidente do Núcleo Monárquico de Maringá (Paraná), entrou no rol dos Embaixadores da Paz do Cercle Universel des Ambassadeurs de La Paix (France & Genève Suisse), ao ser-lhe concedida esta importante titulação internacional, assinada por Gabrielle Simond, que preside a instituição.
On January 10, 2013, the Commander Rafael Alves de Almeida, President of the Center Monarchist Maringa (Parana), entered the ranks of the Peace Ambassadors of Cercle Universel des Ambassadeurs de la Paix (France & Genève - Suisse), to be granted this important titration international, signed by Gabrielle Simond, who chairs the institution.
