A Professora Comendadora Regina Xavier (foto), poetisa e Embaixadora da Paz das mais conceituadas e Vice-Presidente da Academia de Ciências, Letras e Artes de Minas Gerais, fez o prefácio da mais recente obra de +Dom Moysés Barbosa, lançada no dia 24 de novembro de 2012, em Três Rios (RJ), POESIAS: AS MELHORES DO JUBILEU DE OURO.

Ela esteve presente na sessão literária de lançamento e entregou homenagens ao autor e usando da palavra o enobreceu, detalhou sua trajetória literária e de vida digna aos participantes do importante evento que ainda não o conheciam pessoalmente: além do mais ela participou de todos os preparativos para a realização deste momento histórico, nos mais de meio Século de versificação de +Dom Moysés Barbosa (completou Jubileu de Ouro de Poesia em 2009).
