No ano de 2011 +Dom Moysés Barbosa, na qualidade de religioso e advogado, realizou o Curso de Estudos de Política e Estratégia da ADESG - Associação dos Diplomados da Escola Superior de Guerra, na cidade de Tres Rios (RJ): no encerramento, em dezembro, coube-lhe apresentar o trabalho de seu grupo, na verdade uma palestra "Condutas e Estratégias para Aprimoramento da Educação - Educação e Mercado de Trabalho".
