A obra poética de +Dom Moysés Barbosa já está integrada à Europa, com mais ênfase à comunidade poético-literária de Portugal, país do qual descende, e inclusive vários aspectos e informações sobre seu trabalho de mais de 50 anos estão sendo divulgados com expressividade, inclusive já foi premiado naquele país e é um dos representantes do Brasil no MIL-Movimento Internacional Lusófono.

São estreitos os laços de +Dom Moysés com a terra lusitana, pois além de ser integrante da Família Barbosa, lá é membro honorário da Família Dias e, ainda, foi diplomado como Amigo da Casa de Gouvin, da qual tem recebido inúmeras manifestações de apreço, uma delas a medalha da cidade de Évora, que lhe foi entregue pelo Excelentíssimo Barão Dr. José Manuel de Barros Dias, Professor Associado da conceituada Universidade de Évora.

Num momento em que algumas dificuldades pairavam sobre Portugal, +Dom Moysés enviou àquele país, expressamente, uma Bênção Episcopal, que chegou à presidência através da Embaixada Portuguesa no Brasil.
At a time when some difficulties hung over Portugal, +Don Moyses sent to that country, specifically, an Episcopal Blessing, who became president through the Portuguese Embassy in Brazil.
