ARMANDO CIDACO PASTOR IS NOW A CITIZEN MERITORIOUS OF THE STATE OF RIO
O Pastor José Armando Soares Cidaco (foto), líder da Igreja Batista em Barra do Imbuí (Teresópolis), agora é Cidadão Benemérito do Estado do Rio de Janeiro.
Pastor Jose Armando Soares Cidaco (photo), leader of the Baptist Church in Barra of the Imbuí (Teresópolis), is now Honorary Citizen of the State of Rio de Janeiro.
O título lhe foi concedido no dia 14 de março de 2012, através do projeto de resolução 616, pela Assembléia Legislativa estadual, dentro das comemorações do seu Jubileu de Prata de ministério à frente desta Igreja.
The title was granted on March 14, 2012, through the draft resolution 616, the State Assembly, within the celebrations of his Silver Jubilee in front of ministry of this Church.
É um reconhecimento não apenas de sua atuação especificamente religiosa, mas também pelo trabalho solidário na ação social, que ficou muito patente durante a tragédia das chuvas na Região Serrana.
It is a recognition not only of its specifically religious activities, but also by working in solidarity in social action, which was very evident during the tragedy of the rains in the Mountainous Region.
