CATHOLIC UNION OF ACCOUNTANTS RECEIVED MOTION OF CONGRATULATIONS
A honraria foi concedida pela Assembléia Legislativa do Estado do Rio de Janeiro. Eis a integra do requerimento, formulado pelo Deputado Estadual Dionísio Lins, ao ensejo dos 63 anos da instituição.
The award was granted by the Legislature of the State of Rio de Janeiro. This is part of the application, made by the State Deputy Dionisio Lins, on the occasion of the 63 years of the institution.

DE CONGRATULAÇÕES E LOUVOR A UNIÃO DOS CONTABILISTAS CATÓLICOS - UCC EM COMEMORAÇÃO DE SEUS 63 ANOS DE REGULAMENTAÇÃO DA PROFISSÃO E ANIVERSÁRIO DA INSTITUIÇÃO |

Requeiro à Mesa Diretora, de acordo com o que preceitua o Regimento Interno, a inserção nos Anais desta Casa de Leis, Moção de Congratulações e Louvor a UNIÃO DOS CONTABILISTAS CATÓLICOS - UCC em comemoração de seus 63 anos de regulamentação da profissão e aniversário da instituição.
A UNIÃO DOS CONTABILISTAS CATÓLICOS, fundada há mais de 60 anos, é uma entidade de grande representação com reconhecimento da profissão, e principalmente pela influência positiva a todos os seus membros.
A Assembléia Legislativa do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, não poderia deixar de registrar esta justa homenagem a esta respeitável instituição, pelos mais significativos serviços prestados até a presente data, simbolizando o respeito de todos os Cidadãos representados por esta Casa Legislativa.
Parabéns a UNIÃO DOS CONTABILISTAS CATÓLICOS ao seu Presidente, Diretores e associados.

Requiring the Board of Directors, according to which state the rules of procedure, the insertion in the Annals of the House of Law, Motion of Congratulations and Praise the UNION OF CATHOLIC ACCOUNTANTS - UCC to celebrate their 63 years of professional regulations and anniversary of the establishment .
THE UNION OF CATHOLIC ACCOUNTANTS, founded over 60 years, is an entity of great representation with recognition of the profession, and especially by the positive influence to all its members.
The Legislature of the State of Rio de Janeiro, could not fail to mention this just tribute to this venerable institution, the most significant services provided to date, symbolizing respect for all citizens represented by the legislative house.

HISTORY OF THE CADUCEU - SYMBOL OF ACCOUNTING
O caduceu é um bastão entrelaçado com duas serpentes, que na parte superior tem duas pequenas asas ou um elmo alado. Sua origem se explica racional e pela suposta intervenção de Mercúrio diante de duas serpentes que lutavam, as quais se enroscavam em seu bastão.
The caduceus is a wand entwined with two serpents, one on top has two small wings or a winged helmet. Its origin can be explained rationally and the alleged involvement of Mercury in front of two serpents fighting, which curled in his bat.
Os romanos utilizavam o caduceu como símbolo do equilíbrio moral e da boa conduta: o bastão expressa o poder, as duas serpentes a sabedoria, as asas a diligência, o elmo tem sentido emblemático de pensamentos elevados.

O caduceu é, na atualidade, a insígnia do bispo católico ucraniano. Do ponto de vista dos elementos, ele representa sua integração, correspondendo o bastão à terra, as asas ao ar, as serpentes á água e ao fogo (movimento ondulante da onda e da chama). Há outros significados sob outros pontos-de-vista, que não dizem respeito à simbologia usada pelos contabilistas.
The caduceus is, in actuality, the badge of the Ukrainian Catholic bishop. From the standpoint of the elements, he represents integration, which is the bat to land, air wings, snakes to water and fire (wave motion and the wave of flame). There are other meanings in other views, which do not relate to the symbolism used by accountants.
