Realizou-se no Brasil, no Centro Cultural Banco do Brasil, na cidade do Rio de Janeiro encerrando-se no final de julho de 2010, a Exposição “REVOLUÇÃO EM SILÊNCIO”, assinada pela artista plástica alemã Rebecca Horn, que nunca havia exposto no país, e ganhou uma retrospectiva dos seus 35 anos de carreira contados em 40 obras de diferentes épocas de sua trajetória.

A Câmara de Comércio e Indústria Brasil-Alemanha, em parceria com a Embaixada da República Federal da Alemanha no Brasil e do Consulado Geral da Alemanha em São Paulo, realizou de 12 a 15 de março de 2009, no Transamérica Expo Center em São Paulo, a ECOGERMA 2009, o primeiro congresso e feira de negócios de produtos e tecnologias sustentáveis realizados em conjunto pelo Brasil e pela Alemanha na América Latina. O evento contou também com o apoio dos governos e da iniciativa privada dos dois países.
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry Brazil-Germany, in partnership with the Embassy of Germany in Brazil and the German Consulate General in Sao Paulo, held from 12 to 15 March 2009, at the Transamerica Expo Center in Sao Paulo ECOGERMA to 2009, the first congress and trade fair of products and sustainable technologies conducted jointly by Brazil and Germany in Latin America. The event also counted with the support of governments and the private sector of both countries.

No dia 25 de setembro de 2007, após navegar pelo Rio Elba, o Navio-Escola “Brasil” atracou no porto de Hamburgo (Alemanha). Durante sua permanência, entre as atividades diplomáticas desenvolvidas, ocorreu um almoço oferecido pelo Senado alemão, no qual compareceram o Embaixador do Brasil na Alemanha, Luiz Felipe de Seixas Corrêa, o Cônsul Honorário, Lucas C. Meyer, integrantes da tripulação do Navio-Escola e do Senado.
On September 25, 2007, after navigating the River Elbe, the training ship "Brazil" docked at the port of Hamburg (Germany). Após explanação sobre a área de Hamburgo e meios subordinados àquele Comando, os oficiais trocaram as experiências vividas em suas respectivas marinhas, estreitando, ainda mais, o relacionamento existente.

De 01 a 23 de abril de 2004, realizou-se na ALEMANHA, mais exatamente em Berlim, uma Exposição na Embaixada do Brasil naquela cidade. A FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado o Instituto Cultural Brasileiro na Alemanha (ICBRA) e a Embaixada do Brasil em Berlim expuseram 49 das mais famosas obras de arte do Modernismo Brasileiro, parte do acervo do Museu de Arte Brasileira da FAAP.
From 01 to April 23, 2004, was held in Germany, just in Berlin, an exhibition at the Embassy of Brazil in that city. FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado the Brazilian Cultural Institute in Germany (ICBRA) and the Embassy of Brazil in Berlin exposed 49 of the most famous works of art of Brazilian Modernism, part of the Museum de Arte Brasileira da FAAP.

A convite do Presidente do Instituto Cultural Brasil Itália Europa, Jornalista Pietro Gallina, um grupo de baianos formado por grafiteiros e pessoas ligadas à arte de rua, esteve na Europa em maio de 2008, e de volta ao Brasil trouxe na bagagem novidades, conhecimentos e muita experiência.
At the invitation of President of the Institute of Culture Brazil Italy Europe, Journalist Pietro Gallina, a group of graffiti artists and Bahia formed by people linked to street art, was in Europe in May 2008 and brought back to Brazil on luggage innovations, knowledge and much experience.
O roteiro incluiu uma agenda de encontros, palestras e realização de pinturas (grafites) em Paris e Marseille (FRANÇA), Linburg e Frankfurt (ALEMANHA), Barcelona (ESPANHA) e Roma (ITÁLIA). O intercâmbio serviu também para divulgação do Projeto Grafita, da Prefeitura Municipal do Salvador, considerado pioneiro no Brasil.
The tour included a schedule of meetings, lectures and conducting painting (graffiti) in Paris and Marseille (FRANCE), Linburg and Frankfurt (GERMANY), Barcelona (SPAIN) and Rome (ITALY). Uma delegação de deputados do parlamento da ALEMANHA esteve em Salvador (Brasil) dias 03 e 04/04/09, para conhecer as políticas de preservação da Mata Atlântica da Bahia e foram recebidos pelo Governador Jaques Wagner e pelo Secretário de Meio Ambiente, Juliano Matos. A visita honrou todos os baianos e os demais brasileiros também.
A delegation of Members of the German parliament was in Salvador (Brazil) 03 days and 04/04/09, for policies for the preservation of the Atlantic Forest of Bahia and were greeted by Governor Jaques Wagner and the Secretary of Environment, Juliano Matos. The visit has honored all of Bahia and other Brazilian too.
Antes de conhecerem o Projeto “Corredores Ecológicos” na Bahia, os alemães estiveram na Secretaria de Meio-Ambiente participando de uma discussão sobre Conservação da Mata Atlântica e Desenvolvimento Sustentável da Região.
Before knowing the project "ecological corridors" in Bahia, the Germans were in the Department of Environment participating in a discussion of the Atlantic Forest Conservation and Sustainable Development in the Region.
Fizeram parte da comitiva o Embaixador da Alemanha no Brasil, Prot von Kunow e o Cônsul Geral da Região Nordeste com sede em Recife, Thomas Wülfing.

O então Ministro da Cultura do Brasil, Gilberto Gil, apresentou no dia 08/12/05 em Berlim, a "Copa da Cultura", um projeto iniciado pelo governo brasileiro que incluiu diversos eventos para mostrar aos alemães o Brasil como um país da diversidade cultural, isso durante o ano de 2006.
The Ministry of Culture of Brazil, Gilberto Gil, submitted on 08/12/05 Berlin, the "Cup of Culture”, a project initiated by the Brazilian government that included several events to show the Germans Brazil as a country of diversity cultural, that during the year 2006.
A agenda de atividades teve mostras de cinema, festivais de dança, apresentações teatrais, exposições de fotos, de artes plásticas, shows de música popular e concertos eruditos em diversas cidades alemãs,entre elas Berlim, Colônia e Munique.
The schedule of activities had film shows, dance festivals, theatrical performances, photo exhibitions, visual arts, popular music concerts and concerts scholars in several German cities, including Berlin, Cologne and Munich.

As relações comerciais do Brasil com a Alemanha são bastante intensas, e muitos e diversificados são os produtos que aquele país recebe daqui, entre os quais calçados, carnes de gado e de aves e suas miudezas, automóveis e veículos agrícolas, pedras preciosas, lã, e móveis de madeirasão apenas alguns exemplos, dentre tantos outros itens.
Trade relations between Brazil and Germany are quite significant, and many diversified are the products that the country gets here, including footwear, meat, livestock and poultry and their offal, cars and agricultural vehicles, precious stones, wool, and wood furniture are just a few examples, among many other items.
Por outro lado, na mesma intensidade, o Brasil compra de lá produtos farmacêuticos, veículos, plásticos, ceras minerais, produtos químicos orgânicos, obras de ferro fundido, instrumentos de ótica e fotografia. Alguns exemplos apenas, pois o que se importa da Alemanha é uma gama muito grande de itens, já que a parceria comercial entre os dois países é um ativo canal América do Sul-Europa.

Seu nome foi colocado no Livro da Bênção: que Deus em sua infinita bondade e misericórdia esteja capacitando e protegendo este obreiro.
The International Evangelical Ministry Valuing the Life! has received numerous requests for prayers for the missionaries who are in various camps around the globe. One of the most recent is the missionary Marcelo da Silva Borges, the Assemblies of God, who is acting in GERMANY, precisely in region of the Niedersachsen. His name was placed in the Book of Blessing: that God in his infinite goodness and mercy is empowering and protecting this worker.
