INTRODUÇÃO
INTRODUCTION

O Pastor Dr. Moysés exerceu de 26/03/1995 a 31/03/06 a liderança da Segunda Igreja Batista de Carmo (RJ), com templo da Rua Wilde Oscar Curty Ribeiro, no bairro Botafogo. Quando o Pastor Moysés tomou posse, recebendo o cajado do Pastor Fausto de Oliveira (de saudosa memória), a igreja realizava suas atividades em uma casa alugada, na mesma rua. No dia da transição ministerial, foi lançada a pedra fundamental do templo, em terreno que havia sido doado à igreja pelo irmão Diácono João Batista do Nascimento, vice-presidente. Com todos os tipos de campanha e a efetiva participação de todos os irmãos - sendo oportuno ressaltar o trabalho do irmão João, perigosos, penosos e ininterruptos, para que a construção caminhasse no melhor ritmo, assumindo a frente de tudo - considerando que o Pastor Dr. Moysés sempre residiu em Três Rios e não tinha como orientar e acompanhar a obra diariamente. Quando se exonerou, em razão de dificuldades enfrentadas com a saúde do filho Moysanir, a parte principal do templo (Santuário) já estava em uso, faltando tão-somente o piso cerâmico, o acabamento da plataforma e do batistério e pequenos arremates. Ao Senhor toda honra e toda a glória.

Em 01/04/06 Deus já havia providenciado um obreiro para substituir o Pastor Dr. Moysés Barbosa, quando houve o Culto de Ação de Graças de transição ministerial, assumindo a Igreja o Pastor Levi Silva.

Ao deixar o ministério o Pastor Moysés foi alvo das maiores manifestações de carinho e reconhecimento que um obreiro pode receber de sua Igreja, culminando com o título de PASTOR EMÉRITO representado por um lindo e bem elaborado diploma, emoldurado. A Associação Batista Paraibana também lhe prestou homenagem, com diploma de honra ao mérito, pelo mais longo ministério da vida da Igreja.

Foram muitos os cartões de prata e manifestações de vários pontos do país e também do exterior. A Câmara Municipal de Três Rios entregou-lhe Moção de Congratulações e na ocasião lhe chegou às mãos o Certificado da International Order OIf Ecclesiastic Ministers. Sem contar os inúmeros presentes.

O Pastor Moysés Barbosa, paralelamente à sua atuação na SIB de Carmo, sempre exerceu um ministério muito ativo, diversificado e, sobretudo, reconhecido e respeitado, conquistando projeção nacional. Tanto isso se afirma que o Pastor Dr. Vanderlei Batista Marins, Presidente da Convenção Batista Fluminense, lhe confiou um seminarista de sua igreja e, ainda, no dia 13 de janeiro do ano seguinte foi entrevistado na TVE pelo Pastor Dr. Nilson do Amaral Fanini, no programa Reencontro, quando recebeu elogios e falou sobre os diferentes ângulos de sua trajetória ministerial, especialmente sobre o Seminário Teológico Centro-Fluminense (SETECEF), do qual é reitor há mais de dez anos, fato que, recentemente, lhe fez chegar uma Moção de Congratulações da Igreja Batista Memorial de Niterói, enriquecendo o rol de moções de mais de uma centena de igrejas e instituições religiosas.

Pastor Dr. Moysés from 26/03/1995 to 31/03/06 exercised the leadership of the Second Baptist Church of Caramel (RJ), with Temple Street Oscar Wilde Curty Ribeiro in the Botafogo neighborhood. When Pastor Moysés took office, receiving the staff of Pastor Fausto de Oliveira (of nostalgic memory), the church held its activities in a rented house in the same street. On the day of the ministerial transition, was launched the foundation stone of the temple, on land that was donated to the church by Brother Deacon John Batista do Nascimento, Vice President. With all types of campaigns and effective participation of all brothers - and highlight the appropriate work of his brother John, dangerous, painful and uninterrupted so that the construction in the best walking pace, taking the opposite of everything - whereas  Pastor Dr. Moysés always lived in Three Rivers and had to guide and monitor the work daily. When exempted, because of difficulties with the health of the child Moysanir, the main part of the temple (sanctuary) was already in use, leaving only the so-ceramic floor, the finish of the platform and the baptistery and small secured. And all honor to the Lord all the glory.

On 01/04/06 God had provided a worker to replace Pastor Dr. Barbosa, Moysés when the cult of Action Through ministerial transition, assuming the Church Pastor Levi Silva.

By leaving the ministry Pastor Moysés was the target of the largest demonstrations of affection and recognition that a worker can receive from their church, culminating with the title of PASTOR EMERIT represented by a beautiful and well-written text, framed. The Baptist Association Paraibanna also paid tribute to with honor diploma of merit, the longer the life of the church ministry.

Many of the cards silver and demonstrations of various parts of the country and from abroad. The City of Three Rivers handed Motion of Congratulations to you and when it reached the hands of the International Certificate Order OIF Ecclesiastic Ministers. Not counting the many gifts.

Pastor Moysés Barbosa, alongside its role in SIB from Caramel, always had a very active ministry, diverse and, above all, recognized and respected, winning national projection. Both it is stated that the Pastor Dr. Vanderlei Batista Marins, President of the Baptist Convention Fluminense, he entrusted his church to a seminarian, and also on January 13 the following year in TVE was interviewed by Pastor Dr. Nilson do Amaral Fanini the program “Reencontro”, when he received praise and talked about the different angles of his ministerial career, especially on the Theological Seminary Central Fluminense (SETECEF), which is the dean for more than ten years, a fact that recently it has reached a Motion of Congratulations Memorial Baptist Church of Niterói, enriching the range of motions of over a hundred churches and religious institutions.

Além de pertencer à Ordem dos Pastores de Estado e, também as Associação Paraibana, faço parte da Ordem no município de Três Rios, fundada há nove anos, e tenho sido continuamente eleito para integrar a Diretoria. Na solenidade de posse da Diretoria para o corrente ano, fui indicado para ser o orador oficial. Fundamentei meu sermão no princípio de que “o tempo de Deus não é o nosso tempo”.

E esta verdade, amados irmãos, mais uma vez se confirma em meu ministério. Se dependesse de mim ou mesmo da própria Igreja, talvez eu não estivesse transmitindo hoje hoje o cajado para o querido Pastor Levy, pois era do nosso desejo que a conclusão deste templo ocorresse dentro de meu ministério, pois a pedra fundamental foi aqui lançada no dia de minha posse há mais de onze anos, juntamente com o Pastor Fausto de Oliveira, que se desligava para passar a trabalhar no campo mineiro.

O tempo de Deus, irmãos, realmente não é o nosso tempo!

Há uns três anos vinha trabalhando de comum acordo com a Igreja, para que pudéssemos transferir o ministério para outro obreiro, que residisse perto desta cidade, a fim de poder a Igreja receber uma maior assistência pastoral, e de que tanto precisa. Residindo em Três Rios, nestes onze anos procurei dar à Igreja, aquilo que Deus me permitiu, dentro das limitações impostas pela distância e inevitáveis dificuldades decorrentes.

No ano passado, entretanto, com a enfermidade do filho, percebi de pronto que deveria acelerar minha saída, já que eu e minha esposa assumimos diretamente todos os cuidados que ele estava (e está) a exigir dos pais. Gozei duas férias seguidamente e no final delas comecei a agilizar o meu desligamento e na sessão do mês de fevereiro deste ano, por iniciativa própria, declarei a Igreja em sucessão pastoral, fixando para o final deste mês de abril o início das gestões objetivando resolver esta questão. Mas não foi preciso, amados irmãos, aguardar o decurso do mês de abril, pois Deus, em sua infinita bondade e misericórdia e, sobretudo, na sua onisciência, conhecedor da urgente necessidade que eu tinha de passar o ministério, providenciou um obreiro que reúne todas as condições para assumir o pastorado desta Igreja e dar prosseguimento ao trabalho que o Senhor me permitiu iniciar, com valorosa participação de todos os irmãos, amigos e colaboradores, o que me leva a transmitir a todos neste momento os meus mais sinceros agradecimentos e rogar a Deus que os abençoe rica e poderosamente.

O ministério que ora se encerra foi marcado por algumas realizações, que certamente todos nós acreditamos à maravilhosa graça do Senhor e Salvador Jesus Cristo, sendo a mais expressiva, segundo nossa ótica, a construção deste templo, entretanto em todas elas considero que minha participação foi a mais modesta de todas, pois atuamos juntos, e o que o pastor fez, com a esposa e eventualmente um colaborador de Três Rios, representou o trabalho de duas ou três pessoas, mas o que os irmãos fizeram representou o trabalho de cerca de oitenta a cem pessoas, entre membros, familiares, amigos e colaboradores. A todos, eu, minha esposa e minha família manifestamos reconhecimento e a mais sincera gratidão.

A minha relação com esta Igreja sempre foi como de pai para filho e isso inegavelmente faz com que a emoção não se aparte de mim neste momento, mas entendo que Deus traça os caminhos de todos nós. E dentro desta convicção, acatei convite para colaborar com a Segunda Igreja Batista de Petrópolis, que mantém uma congregação em Três Rios, preparando-se para ser organizada em Sétima Igreja Batista de Três Rios. O Senhor, em Sua infinita sabedoria, conhecedor das circunstâncias com as quais me deparo na atualidade, preparou uma nova estrada, sobre a qual eu possa caminhar e até mesmo ser carregado por Ele no colo, se isso se fizer necessário.

Neste momento passo o ministério ao Pastor Levy, rogando a Deus que o abençoe e que o Santo Espírito esteja continuamente ungindo esta Igreja e seu novo Presidente. Entrego este Diploma à Igreja, onde deixo registrado o meu AGRADECIMENTO ESPECIAL, pois para mim foi uma grande bênção de Deus liderar a Segunda Igreja Batista de Carmo, sendo uma honra e singular privilégio exercer o mais longo ministério da história da Igreja. Que Deus a todos nos abençoe.

WORD OF THE OFFICIAL PASTOR DR. MOYSÉS BARBOSA, TO PASS THE MINISTRY PASTOR TO LEVY Silva on 01/04/06

Besides belonging to the Order of Pastors of State and also the Association Paraibanna, I am part of the Order in the city of Three Rivers, founded nine years ago, and have been continuously elected to join the Board. At the ceremony held by the Directors for this year, I was shown to be the official speaker. Fundamental my sermon on the principle that "the time of God is not our time."

And this fact, beloved brothers, once again confirmed in my ministry. If it were up to me or even the church itself, perhaps I was not transmitting today to the staff today, dear Pastor Levy, was because of our desire that the conclusion of this temple took place in my ministry as the cornerstone has been launched on in my possession for over eleven years, along with Pastor Fausto de Oliveira, who is off to go to work in the mining field.

The time of God, brothers, really is not our time!

The ministry that is now closing was marked by some achievements, which we certainly believe the wonderful grace of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the most significant, according to our viewpoint, the construction of this temple, but in all of them believe that my participation was the most modest of all, because we work together, and that the pastor did, with his wife and eventually an employee of Three Rivers, was the work of two or three people, but what the brothers have represented the work of about eighty to one hundred people, including members, family, friends and colleagues. Everyone, myself, my wife and family express my most sincere gratitude and recognition.

My relationship with this church has always been as father to son and it definitely makes the emotion is not apart of me now, but I believe that God traces the paths of all of us. And in this conviction, accept invitation to collaborate with the Second Baptist Church of Petropolis, which has a congregation in Three Rivers, preparing to be organized in Seventh Baptist Church of Three Rivers. The Lord in His infinite wisdom, knowing the circumstances with which I encounter nowadays, paved a new road on which I can walk and even be charged by him in the neck, if it is made necessary.
