Ministérios (pessoais, autônomos, itinerantes etc), Comunidades e Igrejas Evangélicas, especialmente os (as) que ainda não se organizaram em Convenção Nacional, expedindo Certificado de Filiação Cooperativa e, também, o Certificado de Reconhecimento e Excelência Eclesiástica. O Conselho filia, ainda, expedindo certificado, os Conselhos de Pastores e Ministros Evangélicos de âmbito municipal, concedendo-lhes Certificado de Reconhecimento, o qual se destina também às Igrejas Evangélicas, nos termos da legislação vigente, que disciplina a criação, organização, estruturação interna e funcionamento das organizações religiosas, bem como da fidelidade aos princípios escriturísticos, ou como Conselho / Ordem / Associação de Pastores e Ministros, de quaisquer pontos do território nacional, o que impõe maior credibilidade como entidades locais e/ou regionais de aglutinação de obreiros para fortalecimento como grupo e da própria obra do Senhor.
