A bela imagem acima, desde o dia 27 de janeiro de 2011, passou a integrar a galeria dos brasões usados por +Dom Moysés Barbosa, seja de famílias de sua ancestralidade (Portugal e Itália), como também de titulações especiais que lhe foram concedidas ao longo de suas quase sete décadas de vida abençoada e, sobretudo, sempre voltada para ações de apoio comunitário em diferentes esferas.

O Principado de Sealand é um país de fato, uma pequena ilha (acesso só de helicóptero ou por mar) no sudoeste da Inglaterra (mapa abaixo), e se considera uma nação independente, pois está em águas internacionais devido à mudança que o Reino Unido fez sobre seus limites marítimos, fato que transformou Sealand em um Estado, embora a sua soberania não esteja ainda devidamente reconhecida por nenhum país, como acontece também com outros como Alto Carabaque e Somalilândia, que segundo a ONU, o Alto Carabaque não é independente do Azerbaijão, a Somalilândia não é independente da Somália e o Principado de Sealand não é independente do Reino Unido: o gentílico de Sealand é sealandês.

Em 1966, Roy Bates, oficial aposentado da marinha Inglesa e dono de um pequeno barco frigorífico mudou-se com sua família para uma pequena ilha (antiga base militar) e a usava para transmitir a programação de sua emissora de rádio, e ele sabia que estava protegido legalmente pelo fato de sediar-se fora das águas territoriais britânicas.

In 1966, Roy Bates, a retired royal navy and the owner of a small boat refrigerator moved with his family to a small island (former military base) and used it to transmit the programming of its radio station, and he knew he was legally protected because the host is outside British territorial waters.

Em 28 de janeiro de 2011 foi transmitido para +Dom Moysés Barbosa, virtualmente, o registro/escritura de título de nobreza individual, e dentro de pouco tempo já estará no acervo do homenageado o documento original, que está sendo postado no correio e chegará ao Brasil na primeira semana de fevereiro (2011), segundo informa a assessoria de imprensa e comunicação social do Principado, acrescentando que a concessão foi feita em 27 de janeiro de 2011.
