No dia 22 de dezembro de 2010, foi oficializada a criação da SACA - Sociedade Amigos do Catetinho (Palácio de Tábuas), que serviu como sede do governo federal para uso do Presidente Juscelino, enquanto a nova capital do Brasil, Brasília, estava sendo construída.
On December 22, 2010, was made official the creation of the SACA-Society of Friends Catetinho (Tables Palace), which served as headquarters of the federal government for use by President Juscelino, while Brazil's new capital, Brasilia, was being built.
As gestões para a criação desta organização de resgate da história da Capital começaram quando das comemorações do Cinquentenário, em abril de 2010, com as quais +Dom Moyses Barbosa colaborou e inclusive na oportunidade recebeu algumas homenagens.

Assim, +Dom Moysés, participando desde o início, é um dos membros fundadores da SACA e nesta qualidade recebeu o diploma de Guardião do Cinquentenário, sendo que dentre as atribuições da SACA, que é mantida pelo Centro de Integração Cultural e Empresarial de São Paulo - CICESP, estão preservação, divulgação, valorização e incentivo às visitas ao Catetinho, na atualidade um museu que tem sido mais visitado por estudantes e turistas, principalmente de outras nações, do que pelos habitantes de Brasília.
