Ao expedir esta titulação para +Dom Moysés Barbosa, a instituição concedente levou em consideração três itens importantes, conforme a entrevista previamente feita, sem que o distinguido tivesse conhecimento prévio de que seu nome havia sido indicado para receber a outorga: cursos realizados na área (foram dois), exercício deste ministério (no Exército Nacional, no passado, e na Cruzada Mundial de Literatura, na atualidade) e experiência (são mais de quarenta anos consecutivos).
By joining this title for +Don Moyses Barbosa, the grantor took into account three important items, as previously done the interview, had distinguished without the prior knowledge that his name had been nominated to receive the award: courses of the area (were two), exercise this ministry (in the National Army in the past, and World Literature Crusade, in actuality) and experience (over forty consecutive years).

É de se notar que, após cumprimento de rigorosas exigências, o ICATEL obteve, há pouco tempo (2009/2010) o reconhecimento do Conselho Nacional de Pastores Evangélicos - CONAPEV, colegiado que há muitos anos congrega obreiros das diferentes religiões evangélicas do país.
