Esta premiação vem tornar públicos o agradecimento e a apreciação do Corpo de Bombeiros Militar do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, pela atuação de +Dom Moysés Barbosa, que inclui apoio à Corporação, o que faz voluntariamente como graduado da reserva do Exército. Esta relação cordial de +Dom Moysés e o Corpo de Bombeiros levou um dos Comandantes em Três Rios, Capitão Ramon Camilo de Barros Faria, a convidá-lo para promocver cultos no quartel, que não se iniciaram face à exiguidade de tempo deste religioso.
