Como se observa, esta titulação vem do ICATEL, entidade que tem reconhecimento de seis instituições, dentre elas duas do exterior, o que dá, sem dúvida, uma maior dimensão ao diploma.

Foi expedida levando em conta a formação teológica de +Dom Moysés Barbosa, de muitos anos, sendo que já fez todos os cursos na área, inclusive o PhD, além de especializações em escolas teológicas situadas fora do Brasil.

Leva em conta, ainda, a atuação e a contribuição que o distinguido presta aos meios acadêmicos. Já está completando quinze anos de exercício contínuo como Magnífico Reitor do Seminário Teológico Centro-Fluminense (SETECEF). Sua atuação no ensino teológico vem sendo reconhecida pois várias vezes foi honrado com o título de Ministro do Ano e de Reitor do Ano.
It takes into account also the role and contribution that the distinguished provides to academia. Is celebrating its fifteen years of continuous exercise as Rector of the Theological Seminary Central Fluminense (SETECEF).
