Mesmo antes de iniciar ministério evangélico +Dom Moysés sempre apoiou os mais novos. Na área religiosa-ministerial não é diferente, sempre abrindo oportunidades para eles e incentivando-os na participação da vida da Igreja.

Tanto isso se afirma que há muitos anos possui o titulo de AMIGO DA JUBARP - Juventude Batista Paraibana. Trata-se de uma região que está entre as maiores do campo fluminense, englobando igrejas batistas de muitos municípios e localidades: Paraiba do Sul, Três Rios, Anta, Sapucaia, Areal, Comendador Levy Gasparian, Posse, Petrópolis, São José do Rio Preto, Constança, Carmo, Petrópolis, Itaipava, Pedro do Rio, parte de Teresópolis, Penha Longa e Além Paraiba (estas duas últimas em Minas Gerais).
As it is stated that for many years has the title of FRIEND OF JUBARP - Youth Baptist Paraibana. This is a region that is among the largest field of the state, encompassing Baptist churches in many cities and towns: Paraiba do Sul, Tres Rios, Anta, Sapucaia, Areal, Comendador Levy Gasparian, Posse, Petropolis, Sao Jose do Rio Preto, Constancia, Carmo, Petrópolis, Itaipava Pedro do Rio, part of Teresopolis, Penha Longa and in Além Paraiba (the latter two in Minas Gerais).
Ao deixar a liderança da Segunda Igreja Batista de Carmo, em 2006, Dr. Moysés agradeceu a participação de todos os irmãos, especialmente dos jovens e adolescentes, que foram homenageados com medalhas de honra ao mérito.
Upon leaving the leadership of the Second Baptist Church of Carmo, in 2006, Dr. Moyses thanked the participation of all others, especially the youth and adolescents, who were honored with medals of merit.
