Esta premiação, da maior importância, foi concedida a +Dom Moysés Barbosa, no dia do início das comemorações de seu Jubileu de Ouro de Poesia, 15 de julho de 2009, data que marcou os 50 anos de versificação deste decano dentre os poetas brasileiros, que possui uma vasta obra poética, sendo que parte dela está na “janelinha” Solidão Poesias desta página ministerial.
