Esta Medalha “Exército Brasileiro” foi lançada pelo Conselho Nacional de Pastores Evangélicos, em 19 de abril de 2008, dentro das comemorações dos 360 anos das Forças Militares Terrestres do Brasil, para homenagear personalidades, civis, militares e eclesiásticas que têm posturas harmoniosas com os princípios cívico-patrióticos.
This Medal "Brazilian Army" was released by the National Council of Evangelical Pastors, on April 19, 2008, with in the celebrations of 360 years of the Armed Forces of the Earth Brazil, to honor personalities, civil, military and ecclesiastical positions that are harmonious with the civic and patriotic principles.
+Dom Moysés Barbosa (foto antiga, e algumas de suas condecorações militares e cívico-patrióticas de peito) foi um dos agraciados, não somente por satisfazer as exigências para recebê-la, mas também como homenagem especial por ser graduado da reserva do Exército e grande incentivador dos jovens que desejam seguir a carreira militar, mesmo que na Marinha ou na Aeronáutica.
+Don Moyses Barbosa (old photo, and some of his military decorations and civic-patriotic chest) was one of the blessed, not only meet the requirements to receive it, but also as a special honor to be graduate of the army reserve and great supporter of young people who wish to pursue a military career, even if the Navy or Air Force.
+Dom Moysés, apesar de não mais estar na ativa, faz permanentes relacionamentos com companheiros de farda, mantendo viva em sua vida o período em que atuou no Batalhão da Academia Militar de Agulhas Negras e em outras unidades, como por exemplo a EsIE – Escola de Instrução Especializada.
+Don Moyses, though no longer be active, make permanent relationships with fellow soldiers, keeping alive in your life the period when he served in the Battalion of the Military Academy of Agulhas Negras and other units, such as EsIE - School Specialized Instruction.

Among the personalities honored with this award is Lieutenant-Colonel of the Brazilian Army, Dr. JULIO LOPES QUEIROZ FILHO, Professor Dr. JOSÉ MANUEL DE BARROS DIAS, the University of Evora (Portugal) and Pastor Dr. LOÍDE MALAVASI DA SILVA.
