Esta titulação foi concedida a +Dom Moysés Barbosa em agosto de 2010, pela Ordem dos Ministros Evangélicos Nova Aliança, que se situa na cidade de Senhor do Bonfim (Bahia) e congrega ministros (oficiais eclesiásticos) de todas as categorias e pertencentes às mais diversas denominações evangélicas.
This title was given to +Don Moyses Barbosa in August 2010, the Order of Evangelical Ministers Nova Aliança, which is located in the town of Senhor do Bonfim (Bahia) and brings together ministers (church officials) of all categories and belonging to the most various denominations.
A concessão deu-se depois que o evangelista Jorge André Santos entrou em contato com +Dom Moysés, para buscar orientações gerais (jurídicas e eclesiásticas) a fim de iniciar as tratativas para criar a Ordem.
The award was given after evangelist Jorge Andre Santos he came in contact with +Don Moyses, to seek guidelines (legal and ecclesiastical) to begin negotiations to create the Order.
Nos contatos com o homenageado e com o Ministério Evangélico Internacional Valorizando a Vida!, constatou sua grande disposição de ajudar Igrejas, obreiros e entidades evangélicas de modo geral, especialmente as de menores recursos, sem pedir nada em troca: e pôde tomar conhecimento de todo o trabalho que este líder realiza e de âmbito internacional, pois sua atuação não se restringe apenas às diversas regiões do Brasil, mas também fora dos limites nacionais, e sempre procurando unir as denominações evangélicas, tudo em benefício de uma expansão mais frutífera dos Santos Evangelhos.

A concessão foi aprovada em reunião plenária da Ordem, por unanimidade, o que a valoriza ainda mais.
