INTRODUÇÃO - Deus pode fazer tudo sozinho. Ele é onipotente. Na maioria das vezes age em nosso favor sem que saibamos. Mas há casos em que é necessária nossa participação para que Deus possa agir em nossa vida. Precisamos estar atentos para fazermos a nossa parte, quando necessário. DEUS FAZ A PARTE DIFÍCIL E DEIXA A PARTE FÁCIL PARA NÓS. Quantas vezes ficamos sem a bênção, sem os milagres, por negligenciarmos naquilo que nos compete...

Se pudéssemos deixar tudo nas mãos de Deus, se pudéssemos simplesmente ficar parados, esperando as bênçãos, não teriam sentido as exortações bíblicas "orai sem cessar", "fortifica-te na graça", "esforça-te e tem bom ânimo", "acautelai-vos dos falsos profetas", "ouvi ó chefes da casa de Israel" etc...

NO TEXTO LIDO DEUS MULTIPLICOU O AZEITE, MAS NÃO MULTIPLICOU AS VASILHAS. A VIÚVA TEVE QUE CONSEGUIR VASILHAS EMPRESTADAS. SÓ DEPOIS DISSO HOUVE O MILAGRE.

DESENVOLVIMENTO - Quando fazemos a nossa parte, Deus não falha na parte que fica por conta d'Ele!

= APLIQUEMOS OS FATOS ABAIXO À NOSSA VIDA =

Bodas de Caná - Foi necessário o esforço dos servos da festa: "Enchei de água estas talhas" - João 2:7.

Ressurreição de Lázaro - Foi preciso remover a pedra que fechava o sepulcro: "Tirai a pedra..." - João 11:39.

Multiplicação dos pães - Em ambas (1ª Mat. 14:18) (2ª Mat. 15:36) - tiveram que providenciar pães e peixes: "Trazei-os..."

Paralítico de Cafarnaum - Foi necessário transportar o doente deitado numa cama. Mateus 9:2.

Cego de nascença - O cego teve que caminhar e banhar-se: "Lava-te no tanque de Siloé" - João 9:7.

Cura de Namã - O general tomado de lepra teve que entrar no rio: "Lava-te sete vezes no rio Jordão" - II Reis 5:10.

Pesca maravilhosa - Foi preciso lançar as redes - Lucas 5:4.

Travessia do Mar Vermelho - Moisés teve que estender a mão sobre o mar. Só depois disso soprou o vento oriental e as águas se abriram - Êxodo 14:21.

Tantos são os milagres que o Senhor Jesus realizou e realiza. Mas é preciso que estejamos atentos, sensíveis, para fazermos a parte que nos cabe. Jesus salva, mas é preciso CRER (João 3:16). Jesus assegura alívio, descanso, mas é preciso CAMINHAR em sua direção: "Vinde a mim todos vós que estais cansados..." (Mateus 11;28).

There are so many miracles that Jesus performed and performs. But we must be attentive, sensitive, to do that we must part. Jesus saves, but we must BELIEVE (John 3:16). Jesus assures relief, relaxation, but it takes WALK toward her: "Come to me all you who are weary..." (Matthew 11, 28).
