= PACIFICADOR: UM GRANDE PRIVILÉGIO! =

Quando abrimos a Bíblia no Evangelho de Mateus, encontramos no capítulo 5, um pequeno trecho, mas com um grande conteúdo, que traz uma afirmação das mais importantes para o ser humano e, em especial, para aqueles que temem ao Senhor: trata-se do versículo 9 que diz “Bem aventurado os pacificadores, porque serão chamados filhos de Deus”.

Constata-se, rapidamente, que a bem-aventurança é direcionada para os que praticam a paz, isto é, os construtores (vamos chamar assim) de relações e ambiente harmoniosos no seio da comunidade, e não para os que dizem ser adeptos do pacifismo ou mesmo seus divulgadores.

Vale ressaltar que esta afirmação tão especial não foi endereçada aos que pessoalmente a ouviram, principalmente os discípulos, mas até os dias de hoje ela ecoa como uma mensagem vem há muitos e muitos anos ultrapassando gerações e nos chega com a mesma proeminência de dezenas de Séculos e num momento em que sua importância cresce em dimensão, pois pelo que se vê nos registros da História Universal, o mundo nunca enfrentou tantos conflitos como na atualidade.

Então, queridos irmãos, constatamos que temos uma missão muito especial: ser um pacificador, divulgar a paz, mas a verdadeira, aquela que só Jesus pode dar, e para isso há pré-requisitos que se retornarmos alguns versículos nas bem-aventuranças, vamos encontrá-los: sim, só seremos um autêntico pacificador quando soubermos qual é, em toda a sua essência, o significado ser “pobre de espírito, manso, limpo de coração, misericordioso, ter fome e sede de justiça e um dos que choram”.

Só poderemos nos transformar num embaixador da paz de Cristo, quando Sua paz estiver morando em definitivo no nosso coração, na nossa vida, e que as pessoas que nos cercam a vejam através de nossas palavras e de nossos atos.

Temos que mostrar que lutamos pela paz em nossa casa, no seio dos familiares e amigos, na igreja, na escola, no trabalho, no lazer, enfim, no seio comunitário onde vivemos ou nos lugares dentro de nosso raio de atuação ou influência: ser pacificador é um grande privilégio para nós e Deus se alegrará, sem dúvida!

= PEACEMAKER: A GREAT PRIVILEGE! =

When we open the Bible in Matthew's Gospel, found in Chapter 5, a small stretch, but with great content, a claim that brings the most important for humans and especially for those who fear the LORD: it is in verse 9 that says "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called children of God”.

It appears quickly that bliss is directed to those who make peace, that is, the builders (let's call it that) of relations and harmonious environment within the community, and not to those who claim to be followers of pacifism or their promoters.

It is noteworthy that this statement so special was not addressed to you personally heard it, especially the disciples, but even today it echoes a message comes as there are many, many years beyond generations and comes to us with the same prominence of dozens of centuries and at a time when their importance is growing in size as you see in the records of the Universal History, the world has never faced as many conflicts today.

So, dear brothers, we have found a very special mission: to be a peacemaker, promote peace, but true, that only Jesus can give, and for that there are prerequisites that if we return a few verses in the beatitudes, we find them: yes, we will only be a true peacemaker when we know what is, in all its essence, the meaning being "poor in spirit, meek, pure in heart, merciful, to hunger and thirst for justice and one of them that weep".

We can only transform us an ambassador of Christ's peace, His peace when you are definitely living in our hearts, in our lives, and that the people around us to see through our words and our actions.

We have to show that we are fighting for peace in our home in the bosom of family and friends, church, school, work, leisure, finally, within the Community or in places where we live within our radius of action or influence: be peacemaker is a great privilege for us and God will rejoice, no doubt!
