= LAVRAI CAMPO FÉRTIL =
Jeremias 4:3

A segunda parte do versículo é de poucas palavras mas de muitas lições para todos nós. Fala sobre a preparação de uma terra para plantio, objetivando a colheita.

O primeiro passo – TOMAR O ARADO (lavrai). Usar a Biblia, principalmente, ao lado de outros meios de evangelização.

O segundo passo: DISPOSIÇÃO PARA TRABALHAR. Sair, pregar, participar dos trabalhos, cooperar, testemunhar...

O terceiro passo: PROCURAR LUGARES FÉRTEIS. Onde há pessoas que precisam ouvir o Evangelho, onde existam enfraquecidos na fé, excluídos, crentes novos, desanimados, afastados, filhos de crentes (mas indiferentes). Devemos sair do “monte” e caminhar em direção aos “vales”, onde estão os pecadores.

O quarto passo: NÃO SEMEAR ENTRE ESPINHOS, isto é, onde a pregação é vã.

Tomemos o arado antes que a noite venha, quando não mais se pode trabalhar. Sim não esperemos que venham a doença, a velhice, a invalidez, a perseguição. Não esperemos que venha a morte...
