= O VERDADEIRO ROSTO DE CRISTO =
Apocalipse 1:12 a 18

Em todos os lugares vemos pinturas do rosto de Jesus. Sim, pinturas, pois naqueles tempos remotos não havia máquina fotográfica. São frutos da imaginação dos artistas.

Mas qual o verdadeiro rosto de Jesus? Se não podemos passá-lo para o papel, como uma fotografia, podemos afirmar que o rosto de Cristo é único, pois apresenta características especialíssimas e todas com função que o identificam como o Deus-Salvador.

Cabelos brancos – sinal de pureza, divindade, glória, santidade, apto para perdoar. Olhos como chama de fogo – sinal de que tudo vê, nada escapando ao seu olhar, acompanhando cada passo nosso, cada movimento.

Voz de muitas águas – sinal de voz poderosa, que produz energia, que se movimenta, que produz ressonância, eco, magnetismo. Voz que alcança o ouvido de qualquer pecador.

Espadas de dois fios saem de sua boca – sinal de que suas apalavras são contundentes, penetrando nas nossas vidas, nos nossos corações, no recôndito da alma.

Rosto como o sol – característica máxima do semblante de Cristo. Luz! Jesus é a luz do mundo.

Há ainda um aspecto a considerar. Nas pinturas de corpo inteiro não aparecem os objetos bem conhecidos que ele carrega: “eu tenho as CHAVES da morte e do inferno”. Não aparecem as chaves e nem poderiam aparecer pois a Bíblia não fala em quantidade, tamanho e formato.

Mas para nós, filhos de Deus, as chaves do Senhor têm formato, tamanho e quantidade necessários para abrir as portas da cidade celestial. Louvado seja o nome do Senhor.

Voice of many waters - a sign of powerful voice that produces energy, which moves, which produces resonance, echo, magnetism. Voice that reaches the ear of a sinner.

Swords of two wires out of your mouth - signal that its apalavras are remarkable, penetrating into our lives in our hearts, the secret of the soul.

Face like the sun - the maximum characteristic face of Christ. Light! Jesus is the light of the world.

There is something to consider. In paintings of the entire body objects do not appear well known that he carries: “I have the keys of death and hell.” Not appear the keys and could not appear because the Bible does not speak in quantity, size and shape.

But for us children of God, the Lord's words have shape, size and quantity needed to open the doors of the celestial city. Praise the name of the Lord.
