= PASTOR E MINISTÉRIO =

Exerci ministério em Petrópolis, mais exatamente em Itaipava, na congregação mantida pela SIB daquela cidade.

Deixei para atuar como conselheiro espiritual do Projeto Vida Nova, em Três Rios, entidade destinada à recuperação de viciados em drogas e álcool (sexo masculino), onde permaneço até hoje.

Antes de assumir SIB do Carmo, um colega pastor ao se encontrar comigo perguntou: O irmão está sem ministério? Estranhei a pergunta, pois, na minha visão, o pastor quando cuida de viciados, atua em orfanatos, educandários, seminários ou ocupa cargos denominacionais ou mesmo se dedica a conferências evangelísticas, trabalho com casais etc, mesmo que não esteja à frente de uma igreja, está exercendo ministério.

No meu estender, ao assumir a SIB do Carmo, da qual sou, pela graça de Deus, o presidente (já pela segunda vez), iniciei outro ministério.

Deixo, entretanto, a palavra final para os mais experientes, apesar dos meus quase 60 anos.

= SHEPHERD AND MINISTRY =

I practiced the ministry in Petrópolis, in Itaipava, in congregation maintained by SIB of that city.

I Left to act like Counselor Spiritual of he Project New Life, in Três Rios, entity been intended for the addicts’ recuperation in drugs and alcohol (masculine sex), where I remain up to today.

Before assuming SIB of the Carmo, a colleague shepherd to if it finds with me asked: is the brother without ministry? I found addicts, act in orphanages, schools, seminars or occupy posts of denominations, or it is even dedicated to conferences evangelistic, I work with couples etc., even that it is not at the front of a Church , it is practicing ministry.

In my opinion, while assuming SIB of the Carmo, of whom I am, for the grace of God, a President (already for the second time), I began another ministry.

I Leave meantime, the final word for the most experienced, in spite of mine almost 60 years.
