= OS NOMES DA BÍBLIA =

A Bíblia Sagrada, que é a Palavra de Deus, pode receber diversos nome especialmente durante uma pregação, tudo dependendo dos enfoques e do linguajar usados pelo pelo pregador, decorrentes das circunstâncias.

O nome mais comum, Escrituras, é o mais antigo e tem sido usado com freqüência. Mas há outros, na tão usados, que traduzem com fidelidade o que realmente a Bíblia deve representar na vida das pessoas, crentes ou não.

No púlpito, erguendo Bíblia, em momento de exortação, por exemplo, o pregador pode afirmar: “Aqui estão os estatutos do Senhor, pelos quais devemos nortear os nossos passos”.

Falando a estudantes de direito, o palestrante dirá: “Da mesma forma como os jovens do curso de direito estudam tantas normas, chegando mesmo a decorar muitos dos seus artigos, devem buscar também o ordenamento dos céus e procurar assimilar alguns dos seus versículos”.

Discorrendo sobre legislação, o professor evangélico fará afirmações como a que se segue: “Não há quem não encontre na Lei de deus um preceito que lhe seja útil”.

Ao abordar a codificação imposta à sociedade moderna, o preletor não deixará passa a oportunidade de dizer que a “sociedade estabelece princípios que devem ser observados por todos; mas temos que observar, primeiramente, os preceitos do Código do Senhor”.

Convidado a falar na inauguração de uma biblioteca, o evangélico afirmará que “dentre tantas obras existentes aqui, há que ser incluído um exemplar do Livro Santo”.

No programa radiofônico, na televisão, num momento de reflexão, a Bíblia, por questão de enfatização, poderá receber tratamento especial: Reservamos horários para o médico, para o dentista, para o telefonema importante... será que temos reservado alguns minutos diários para uma reflexão sobre algum texto do “Livro dos livros”?

São muitos os nomes. Os que ora apresentamos servem tão-somente para aguçar a sensibilidade dos prezados leitores, principalmente daqueles que pregam ou são freqüentemente convidados a falar publicamente, objetivando a utilização de diferentes nomes pelos quais a Palavra de Deus pode ser denominada, tudo dependendo da circunstância e da criatividade do expositor.

Façamos da Bíblia, a divina norma, uma obra de consulta diária.

= THE NAMES OF THE BIBLE =

The Sacred Bible, which is the God's Word, can receive much name specially during a sermon, completely depending on the approaches and on the speech used for the preacher, resulting from the circumstances.

While boarding the codification imposed on the modern society, the lecturer will not leave raisin to opportunity for saying that the “society establishes beginnings that must be observed by all; we have them to me to observe, firstly, the precepts of the Code of the Sir”.
