= DEUS PROVERÁ... =

Aquele pastor, um grande homem de Deus, exemplo vivo de que o Senhor é provisão, não se deixava enfraquecer na fé e estava sempre pronto a dar uma palavra de encorajamento a qualquer irmão, no momento da dificuldade.

Pastoreava uma igreja pequena, do interior, e sua remuneração, única que possuía, mal alcançava um salário mínimo. Sonhava em presentear a filha com um órgão, mas os meses se passavam e o que ganhava era conta de sustentar a família.

Um dia foi chamando a liderar uma igreja maior e seus ganhos seriam duplicados. Foi convicto de que a vontade de Deus estava acima de tudo.

Mas, cidade também maior, maiores despesas, tudo tornava mais difícil a aquisição do órgão que a filha, ainda pequena e sem compreender as dificuldades do pai, esperava todos os dias.

Algum tempo passou e nova movimentação ministerial. Agora para assumir uma igreja menor que a primeira, com salário incerto e em localidade de difícil acesso. Entretanto, o obreiro, que depositou tal confiança no Senhor, um Abraão do moderno cristianismo, não mudava sua postura. “Deus proverá”, eram as palavras que pronunciava, quando a esposa dizia que “jamais poderia dar o órgão à filha, há tanto tempo prometido”.

Havia um aspecto que merece destaque na vida daquele pastor. Ele não hesitava em deixa um salário maior, uma igreja maior, mais famosa, por outro mais inferior, igreja pequenina, desconhecida, quando sentia no seu coração o chamado de Deus, como ceifeiro para os campos brancos para a colheita, mesmo que isso representasse uma dificuldade maior em termos pessoas para transpor.

E foi na igreja pequena, onde sua remuneração ínfima não lhe permitia qualquer economia, e que inclusive o levou a recorrer à que anteriormente fizera, que se manifestou o Deus da Provisão. No dia do aniversário da menina, a surpresa. Um órgão como presente de aniversário, dado pelos irmãos com a ajuda de outros da igreja-mãe.

E mais uma vez aquele obreiro fiel, convicto de que Deus é Provisão, pôde repetir - desta vez no presente: Deus é Provisão, minha esposa. Deus é Provisão, minha filha. Deus é Provisão, amados irmãos.

E você, prezado ouvinte? Deposita confiança em Deus ao ponto de poder afirmar que Deus é Provisão nos momentos de insegurança, incerteza, dificuldade? Pense nisso.
