= AGUCEMOS OS OUVIDOS DO CÉU =

Imaginei o titilo deste escrito, prezados leitores de O JORNAL BATISTA, quando li o texto bíblico de 2 Crônicas 7.14.

Realmente toda a.humanidade necessita das atenções do Senhor e para que ele, no seu trono de misericórdias, possa ouvir as coisas que temos a dizer e, também, perdoar os nossos pecados e sarar a nossa terra. (ou sanar conforme bem traduz a Bíblia de Jerusalém), necessário se, torna que agucemos bem os ouvidos do céu.

É isso que nos ensina o texto. Se não tivermos postura adequada, nossos clamores, nossas dúvidas, nossas desesperanças e nossas ansiedades não chegam a Deus. E a postura está claramente descrita no versículo, resumida em quatro pontos.

O primeiro deles é orar. Orar a. Deus e não a “deuses”. Jeremias é cristalino neste particular: “Clama a mim e responder-te-ei...” Para que o Criador ouça a voz da criatura humana é preciso que ela se dirija a ele. De nada adiantam clamores a ídolos, imagens feitas pelas mãos dos homens. Não passam da cobertura da casa, do templo, de qualquer lugar.

O segundo é humilhar-se. Só mediante a humildade o homem pode reconhecer sua situação de miserabilidade espiritual, e arrepender-se e buscar a Deus na convicção de que realmente depende totalmente dele.

O terceiro ponto é buscar a face do Senhor. Isso quer dizer que o pecador não deve ter dificuldades em se aproximar de Deus, qualquer que seja sua situação. Não deve ter vergonha de olhar diretamente para Deus e apresentar-se como alguma coisa muito frágil, a carecer de sua mão poderosa, para guiar e para salvar.

O quarto é deixar os maus caminhos. É evidente que quem afirma que não tem pecado engana-se a si mesmo e pratica a mentira, segundo a Escritura sem retoques do Novo Testamento. Mas, prezados leitores, há que haver uma firme disposição de fugir da iniqüidade e resistir ao diabo, sem o que a humanidade jamais fará com que sejam aguçados os ouvidos do céu, para que o canal de comunicação com o seu Criador não sofra. Imagine the Title of writing, esteemed readers of The Journal BATISTA, when I read the biblical text of 2 Chronicles 7:14.

Really all a.humanidade need of attention from the Lord and for him in his throne of mercy, can hear the things we have to say, and also forgive our sins and heal our land. (or remedy as well translate the Bible of Jerusalem), if necessary, makes it sharp and the ears of heaven.
