= DÍZIMO - UMA PRIORIDADE =

Crentes há que colaboram regularmente com a Igreja, entretanto, classificam os valores mensais que entregam como “ofertas” e, quando indagados acerca do dízimo, dizem que não trabalham de empregados e, por esta razão, alegam, não sabem exatamente quanto ganham.

Na verdade, não há a menor dificuldade para apuração do quantum, pertence ao Senhor, quando a disposição de dizimar se evidencia. Desnecessário se torna saber-se exatamente quais os ganhos mensais. O mais comum, em tais situações, é apurar o dízimo levando-se em consideração o somatório dos gastos, como se pode demonstrar.

Se um crente paga, num determinado mês, por exemplo, as importâncias que se seguem: aluguel – Ncz$ 1.000,00, educação – Ncz$ 400,00, alimentação – Ncz$ 1.300,00, e outras despesas gerais, tais como luz, telefone, água, condomínio, manutenção de veículo etc – Ncz$ 800,00 (já incluídos eventuais saldos do mês anterior), inegavelmente seus ganhos foram, no mínimo, Ncz$ 4.700,00. nenhuma dificuldade, portanto, em entregar para a causa de Deus Ncz$ 470,00.

Como se vê, com simples operações aritméticas, com base nos pagamentos feitos dentro de um determinado mês e eventuais saldos para o mês seguinte, pode-se saber qual o dízimo. Claro está que o fato de saber-se ou não exatamente quais os ganhos do mês não é significativo para quem cultiva o animus de dizimar.

Importâncias que acaso forem devidas ao crente e q eu só entrarem no mês seguinte, não são levadas em consideração. Aliás, pelo método explicitado, são controlados tão-somente os gastos, justamente por não serem de fácil controle todos os ganhos do mês, que nem sempre entram no bolso antes do dia trinta.

Espero que nestas poucas linhas esteja bem clara a fórmula para apuração do dizimo, daqueles crentes que são autônomos, prestam serviços para recebimento em parcelas mensais ou fazem “biscate”. É evidente que todas as despesas feitas em função dos serviços que realizam, como tintas, lixas, massas, querosene, consertos de ferramentas, no caso de pintor não entram nos “despesas gerais” da fórmula, pois não são rendas consumidas e sim custos decorrentes da atividade desempenhada.
