= AGENTES DE DEUS =

Examinando a Bíblia Sagrada, constatamos que Deus orientou o povo de Israel através de representantes do próprio povo e por ele mesmo eleitos para tal missão.

Enquanto os agentes divinos realizaram suas tarefas sob as ordens do Senhor, prosperou espiritualmente a teocracia e do ponto de vista material também.

Os agentes eram os profetas, os sacerdotes e os reis. Quando eles realizavam seu ministério sem orientação do Espírito Santo do Senhor ou contrariando sua soberana vontade, motivavam castigo e desastre para si e para o grupo social.

E na atualidade? Somos, sem dúvida, tal como nos tempos do Antigo Testamento, agentes de Deus, seja quando estamos no exercício de atividades religiosas, pregando as Boas Novas de Salvação ou desempenhando encargos seculares de mando ou gestão, nos diferentes níveis da administração pública ou na iniciativa particular.

Proclamando as verdades bíblicas, dentro da obra missionária da igreja, ou como autoridade, somos agentes de Deus, sacerdotes, conforme instituído pela Bíblia, mais exatamente em 1 Pedro, capítulo 2, versículos 5 e 9. Títulos que tinham sido usados para descrever o velho Israel estão sendo agora aplicados por Pedro à igreja, como o novo Israel do Senhor. Aplicação a todos os membros, a todos nós, os crentes em Jesus Cristo. Apocalipse 1.6 é claro no particular.

Temos perfeita consciência de que somos sacerdotes e ministros de Deus? Em caso afirmativo, temos buscado a orientação do Senhor ou conformamo-nos em fazer o que a nossa natureza terrena nos dita?

Assumamos nossa condição de agentes de Deus, eis que é cômodo demais para um salvo limitar-se a ser membro de igreja.

Reflitamos.

= STAFF OF GOD =

Examining the Holy Bible, we see that God guided the people of Israel by representatives of the people and elected him to that task.

The officers were the prophets, the priests and kings. When they perform their ministry with the guidance of the Holy Spirit of the Lord or against its sovereign will, driven doom and disaster for themselves and for the social group.

And nowadays? We are, without doubt, as in the Old Testament times, agents of God, is when we are in pursuit of religious activities, preaching the Good News of Salvation or performing secular burdens of leadership and management in different levels of government or the initiative particular.

Proclaiming the biblical truths, in the missionary work of the church, or as authority, we are servants of God, priests, as established by the Bible, more exactly in 1 Peter, chapter 2, verses 5 and 9. Titles that had been used to describe the old Israel are now being applied by Peter to the church, as the new Israel of the Lord. Application to all members, we, the believers in Jesus Christ. Revelation 1.6 is clear in particular.

We are fully aware that we are priests and ministers of God? If so, we have sought the guidance of the Lord or conformamo us to do what our earthly nature in itself?

Let our condition as agents of God, he is comfortable enough to save a limited to a member of the church.
