= O LIVRAMENTO VEIO DE DEUS =

Sem dúvida alguma foi terrível, indescritível mesmo, a tragédia que se abateu sobre o sul do continente asiático, ceifando milhares de vidas. As ondas gigantes, como são chamadas (tsunami), não pouparam crianças, idosos, deficientes. O número de mortos facilmente chegará aos duzentos mil, pois as últimas noticias dizem que somente na Indonésia, cerca de mil corpos são encontrados por dias, na remoção dos escombros. Só neste os pais os corpos ultrapassaram os cem mil.

O livramento, entretanto, veio de deus para os missionários da janta de Missões Mundiais da convenção batista Brasileiro, que atuam não apenas na Indonésia, mas também na Índia e na Tailândia.

Kasih Silva, uma das religiosas que estão nas áreas afetadas, mandou-nos notícias informando que nenhum dos missionários da JMM sofreu dano alguém.

Ela, como enfermeiras e intérprete que é, vem dando seu apoio às equipes de saúdes do Brasil que foram para as regiões devastadas para prestação de ajuda ás vitimas do maremoto.

= THE LIVRAMENT CAME FROM GOD =

Without doubt it was terrible, even unspeakable, the tragedy that hit the South Asian continent, cut thousands of lives. The giant waves, as they are called (tsunami), does not spare children, the elderly, disabled. The number of dead easy to reach two hundred thousand, as the latest news say that only in Indonesia, about a thousand bodies are found for days, in removing the rubble. The release, however, came from God for the missionaries to dinner for World Missions of the Brazilian Baptist Convention, which act not only in Indonesia but also in India and Thailand.

Kasih Silva, one of the religious who are in the affected areas, told us stories telling that none of the missionaries JMM suffered damage someone.

She, like nurses and interpreter that is, is giving its support to teams of Health of Brazil for the regions that were devastated to provide aid to victims of Tsunami.
